    I ordered a product from Delta Team Tactical on November 25th 2022 and recieved comfirmation of my order on 11/29 and never a shipping confirmation that was said would be sent during fulfillment of my order. I have reached out after a month of no contact from the company and was told their shipping department all had been sick, then after another month in January I reached out about my order again and only was sent an e-mail acknoledging I still had an order. In February I reached out and asked for my product or my money back and I have not heard anything back from their customer service. This is regards to order #DT-812460

    Thank you for reaching out so we could look into this issue. It looks like this was one of the orders that was cancelled due to a system error back at the end of the year. Since the system cancelled them due to some sort of error, the correct tags were not applied to the order so we were not aware this was not fulfilled and needed refunded.     Ordered a part from this company(Delta Team Tactical)on 2/28/2023, order #DT- 849088.($86.56 paid)Have emailed this company several times now about an update to said order# to which I have not received anything in return from them. Its quite frustrating when you spend hard earned money with a company for a product you need only to be left in the dark of when or if even your product will ever arrive.

    Order number: DT-****** Order Date: 12/22/2022 Total: $106.98 I placed an order with Delta Team Tactical (Details above)I have emailed their "help" center 6-7 times, tried calling 3 times, ZERO responses. They reached out to my FFL a month ago, and nothing has happened! I either want my product to be delivered or be reimbursed. I have used Delta Team Tactical over a dozen times and would like to still be a loyal customer, but after this I am not so sure. I have been waiting almost 3 months for my order.

    On 1/28/23 I placed an order #******. I have not received any word on shipment. My FFL has informed me that they sent a copy to the company. I ordered this for a competition knowing the shipping times. When emailed, I received an auto response. No one answers the phone number. I would like an update or an immediate refund.

    I received faulty products, where the majority of issues with brand new products having rust and pitting already occurring. Other parts were not advertised correctly and are not within specifications. I've called and spoke with several representatives who assured me they would handle it, promising I would hear back from them by the end of that same business day. I've also followed up with numerous emails, with the majority of them not being responded to. I have followed all of their protocol for notifying them of product issues, including multiple attempts of contacting them through their online portal. It has been almost 2 months without any resolution nor have they fulfilled their promises to follow up with me.The issues are across multiple orders. I am seeking replacement parts and/or refund for the faulty products, as well as follow through from them on their guarantee.

    They had an advertised sale and shorted my order. Will not respond to phone calls or email.

    Thank you for reaching out so we could take a look at this issue. It appears that listing was incorrect and at the $165 price point, the bcg, charging handle, buffer kit, LPK and pistol brace should not have been included. I have been given authorization to ship these items due to that error on our end. Once I have the SKUs for those items from our marketing team I will get a missing parts order rushed out.     I placed an order on 02/13/2023 order# DT-******. I still havent received any shipping info. I want to know if the order has shipped and if not, what the status is. I have sent multiple emails, and have never gotten a response.

    They don't respond to phone or email requests. Items ordered in Dec, many phone calls and three acknowledge emails requesting help go unanswered. Extremely frustrated.     On 12/22/22 I purchased an receiver set and lpk from the site. I have emailed the company numerous times getting responses that basically say my order continues to be further delayed as well as calling without being able to get a representative on the phone. I spoke with my FFL and they have yet to receive any contact from Delta Team Tactical. It officially been over a month since my order was placed, If they are not going to send out my order, I would like a refund immediately.
