I would just like an update on my order my order number is DT-****** I placed my order on 3/11/23 and todays date is 3/28/23. I ordered a Aero Precision 308 lower from them on 3/3/23, Order DT-******. I included my FFL info in the spots provided on their order form. Then on the 14 I had my FFL send his info to their email address for FFL#s. Not because they asked but because I didn't get any response to my email. Their web page says 10 to 14 day for shipping on serialized lowers. All my inquiries just get a auto-response, I hate to have to do this but I'm not getting any response.Business Response

I placed an order for a complete Polymer80 full size pistol frame on 2/25/2023. On 2/28/2023 at approximately **** my local dealer emailed a copy of their ***. That day I emailed Delta to ask if they had received the *** email and received no response. I have emailed several times over the past week requesting an order status and have received nothing but automated email replies. I have tried calling both Delta and **************** (directed by Delta recorded message) many times. All except one time I get to a recording saying, "no operators are available to take my call" and then am hung up on...no option to leave a voice message. The one time I was able to get past this I remained on hold for 10+ minutes before I hung up. I am very patient and also held an *** for a dozen years. I am very frustrated on what appears to be a run around. Money was collected immediately and I also receive multiple sale offers daily from them. I would like information on my order before I have to resort to calling the *****Business Response

For the record, I am only submitting this as I have exhausted every other method of contact.I made 2 seperate orders on 03/08/2023 as was required based on the items I was purchasing. One of the orders went out almost immediately and I have already received the product in a very quick manner. The second order, however, is still listed as a "New Order". The numerous attempts to contact were in case the system flagged the state as ********** and I was trying to correct that as it was not going to California but I could not reach anybody outside of the brick and mortar store in ****. The correct ***********************. I was also concerned that it may have been ignored or possibly moved into an unchecked "pending review" status. Order DT- ****** March 11, 2023 I've been trying to get word from them if my information was filled out correctly on my order to make sure they ship to the correct address for my FFL person. I've sat on hold for hours waiting to get a person. No answer or call back. The call lines don't work correctly and i don't get call backs when i pick that option. On top of that i've tried emailing them 3 or 4 times and never get an answer. I'm getting pretty fed up at this point. Either ship it out or refund me but if your responses are this bad i'm not sure i'd want to do business with them ever again.Business Response

*** tried contacting them for weeks prior to making my order and nobody will answer the phone or respond to my emails. I have questions about the order that I need to place and I want my questions answered prior to ordering. They also recommend that I contact another organization of theirs called **************** and nobody answers the phone or emails there either!I would seriously like to purchase some of their products, but nobody will contact me? On 2/5/23 I placed a order and received a order confirmation email dt-****** on 2/10/23 I called and was told that the *** info was good and that they would be shipped. From then on I called and emailed them and was told twice that everything was good and now nothing. I've tried to call and now can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my emails. Not sure what is going on with my order, is something wrong with it or they just slow. I ordered one item from Delta Team Tactical and THEY sent me the wrong item. I then spent the next 2 weeks trying to contact them to send the item back to them and get a refund. After multiple times on hold and multiple emails (I even tried to message them on their slick website, which didn't work) I was not able to contact anyone at Delta Team Tactical. Therefore they left me no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Since I had no use for the item ordered, I discarded it and moved on. Then almost 3 weeks after initially trying to contact them they contact me after getting a credit card chargeback and they want the item back. I informed them that I no longer have the item in question to send back to them so they threatened to send me to collections for $69.99! Real nice threatening someones credit for THEIR mistake after I tried to return the item! You can't return something you no longer have! What a great example of customer service..........NOT! Seems to be a trend from what I am reading here on the BBB site.Business Response

It does look like the incorrect item was shipped to the customer and we didn't get back to the customer regarding this issue for some time. Once the bank dispute was filed, our chargeback department reached out to the customer and sent a return shipping label to get the incorrect item returned so we could get the dispute resolved and the correct item shipped out. Unfortunately, the customer stated "I have nothing to send back to you, the lower you sent me was totally useless to me and is in a landfill in Southwest Florida."
Since the item was never returned and the customer will be refunded in full, we will need to proceed with the collections process as the customer never returned the product and has received a refund from their bank. Thank you for reaching out and have a great day!Customer Answer

You can do whatever you need to do and I will call my lawyer to deal with it. You can't even own your mistakes and instead you are blaming me for what CLEARLY was Delta Team Tactical's mistakes!

I placed an order with Delta Team Tactical on Feb 24, 2023. I have no confirmation that the company called the FFL dealer. I have emailed and called with zero response. I have called and waited on hold for as long as 20 minutes. I sent several emails and they do not respond. I bought a S-FRAME-26253 Polymer80 - PFSC9 Serialized Subcompact Complete Pistol Frame - Black for $107.42. I called the FFL dealer about ten minutes ago and they have not been contacted by Delta Team Tactical.Business Response
