I went ahead and tracked down a copy of the customer's *** and got that printed along with the pick list for the order. I gave that directly to the *** manager to get rushed asap. Purchase was made on 3/15/23 and never shipped. I spend 70$ with their company with the promise of a product. Their customer service is non existent all my emails and phone calls have turned up dead ends. They havent emailed me on my order in over a week. Their phone call service directs you to another business and then hangs up on you. Have heard nothing about my order. They took 70 dollars from me to put me on a mailing list and never send the product I purchased.Business Response

Hello, I ordered a product, the description is in the upload. It was missing parts. I have filed an online complaint with the company , also in the upload. I have called the listed number and they say to schedule a customer service call back and to go to their website. There is no way to schedule a call back on the sites listed on the number provided. We appreciate the pictures sent in by the customer as it makes this process much easier. I placed order DT-****** on 3/18. I've tried emailing and calling but no response. One of their emails, says that lowers will not ship until a copy of the *** is received. I emailed all my ***'s info, going on 15 business days and me or my *** has received any contact.Business Response

I originally placed an order (DT-839977) on 3 Feb 2023. When I originally placed the order, I misspelled the street address of my location, which shouldn't matter because the item was a serialized frame which needed to ship to an ***. I tried contacting to change the street address and never heard back. I tried contacting several more times (10 March, request #****** and 31 March request #******) and still have heard nothing back. I attempted to call and received no answer. I contacted my local *** on 31 March 2023 to see if they had gotten a request to send the *** over to Delta Team Tactical, and they had not, almost 2 months after the original order. So far any attempt to contact the company has not been successful. My bank account was charged the day of purchase, so I've been out the money with nothing to show for it. I've exhausted all other methods of contact, and have nothing to show for it, so here we are. If I don't hear back from them about a refund, I'll proceed with a dispute with my bank.Business Response

We never received a copy of the required license from teh customer's FFL and there was no FFL phone number or email included in the customer comments at checkout. It looks like we have contacted the customer's FFL but they never provided the required license info so we have not been able to process/ship this order. Our customer service agent notified the customer of this info earlier today but the customer hasn't responded. We may need the customer to find a new FFL for us to transfer the lowers to if we cannot obtain the FFL info from Bass Pro Shop.
