Made an order on December 20 2022. My order consisted of a complete upper kit (unassembled) and 2 magazines. Everything online says at the latest shipping times is 10 days. I finally got a real reply from ************************* with DTT on Wednesday January 4 stating many employees have been sick. Then stated the another reason DTT was behind on orders was the weather throughout our country. These are sorry excuses in my opinion. My total bill was $426.48. The funds were pulled from my account immediately after I submitted the order. All I really want is my order shipped. If it cannot be shipped I would like to know when its going to be shipped for sure.Business Response

I placed an order on 11/14/2022. I was not informed of the shipping hold times for items, but that is not the issue. The company took my money (roughly $300 for the item after tax and shipping) for an item that I have yet to receive. After many phone calls, I was told they did not have all the information they needed to ship the package, so I obtained this information (11/29/22) and verified it had been received (11/30/22). I then later found out from the FFL I was using for this package, that they had yet again requested the information I had verified they had already received (12/6/22). Now it has passed the shipping wait period (10-14 business days) and I cannot get in contact with the company. The lack of communication is frustrating, but what is more frustrating is the fact that they have had my money the whole time. I have reached out each day by phone and five times in total via their support tab on their website. I have received no information from the company except for the three marketing emails they send out every single day.Business Response

It looks like the FFL license we received from the customer's FFL was expired and we didn't receive a response for the updated license info. Our FFL manager called the customer's FFL again today and they said they would get the correct/valid info sent over so we can get this order processed and shipped. In this case, we are really at the mercy of the customer's FFL as we cannot ship the order without an updated FFL to ship the order to. Purchased a lpk kit almost two weeks ago and have got zero shipping update and no response from delta team tactical regarding information on my order. They want you to download an app for order tracking that connects to your email but I find that unnecessary and a breach of personal security. I'll give them a week to reply or give me an update on my order, but I regret purchasing from them. Website states 1-4 days for shipping of small parts its been over a week now with no response.Business Response

It looks like tomorrow will be BUSINESS day 6 of the 1-8 day shipping estimate as we do not work weekends or either Monday after Christmas/New Year's Day (except for myself). Placed an order with Delta Team Tactical on 12-8-22. Have not received an order number, or confirmation, or tracking info on this order. Tried to contact via online chat, email, and a wasted 30 min. phone call spent entirely on hold. At the end of the 30 min. I received a recording stating no-one available to take your call- try back later. At this point I just want my money back, and will take my business elsewhere. Wish I would have researched this place a little better before attempting to business with them. Pitifull way of treating customers.Business Response
