    I ordered some products from them on December 31st, 2022 and got a confirmation and my card was charged. I also received an email with a link to the Route app to track my shipment. Since then, I have downloaded the app and checked it regularly to see of there has been any change in my order and it still shows "new order". I've emailed about 5 times and attempted to call today to get a status update and I get no response. I get the typical auto response email, but no actual status update. Today I called and was on hold for 30minutes only for an auto attendant to tell me that there was no one to take my call and I should go to ****************'s website to file a support request. I ordered from Delta Team Tactical, so why would I be directed to another company? The only resolution I am seeking is my products get shipped. They send me advertising emails every day for products, but can't get the ones I've ordered to me.

    I placed an order on 12/28/22 and to date 12/24/23 I have not received a confirmation that it has been sent, it is a last thing that as a company they do not give the grade to customers. I have sent many emails and nothing to do, I ask this company that if they did not send me the items, they would return my money urgently...

It appears there was some sort of system error that prevented this pick list from getting printed back when the order was placed so it never shipped out.     I ordered from DTT on 12-16-22, contacted cust service on ******, sent an email thru BBB website to DTT on 1-20-23, trying to get them to ship or refund my order #DT822546.Delta Team Tactical will not respond.

    Ordered rifle parts on 12/5/2022, order #DT818664, *** $255.39. I have E-mailed them on six seperate occassions . Each time I was told that order would be shipped within days. It is now 46 days and still not shipped. They have not answered. I have also called on several occasions and put on hold for about 20 minutes only to receive a recording that no agents available and to call back later. No way to do business.

    I have made 3 orders with the company, the first on 1/2/23 and then the second on 1/7/23 and the third on 1/14/23. All the orders are over the shipping time estimates. I have tried calling both delta team tactical and **************** that they mention in the automated phone message and after 20 minutes on hold each time the call states there are no customer service representatives available and hangs up.I have sent multiple emails that have not been answered or replied to and ******** messages that are not replied to either.

    On 1/11/2023 I ordered and payed for Items on order # DT-****** I have called and left 6 emails which to no reply I have not received any tracking or confirmation of order status from them

    It looks like this order shipped out on the 18th, BUSINESS day 6 of the ***** day shipping estimate for this assembled upper order. So we were actually WELL ahead of schedule on this order. We can see the automated confirmation email was sent out on the 11th so that email likely went to the junk/spam folder. Our phone system is having issues and we do apologize for that.     Ordered part online on 12/8/2022. Delta promised 14 days shipping. Order number DT-******. Paid $152.84.Part did not ship. Followed up by email using customer based system. No response from company. Called phone number. Machine answered and hung up. No response from seller.No part, no contact, no service, no refund.

    It looks like we have reached out to the customer's FFL to obtain the required info in order to process and ship the serialized portion of the order but have yet to receive a response. We need the customer to have their FFL respond to our emails or send a copy of their FFL along with the customer name and order number to **************************** before we can get this shipped.     I placed an order on 12/21/2022 and cannot get a real person at that business to tell me where my order is or it's status. I have called repeatedly (no answer), I have emailed and only got form letter replies without a resolution. I have paid over $350 and cannot get a status or cancel my order. The number you have on this website is not the correct one, it is for Davidson Defense (###-###-####). The other two numbers I have don't work including the the one on my receipt.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I am sure your help was the only way to resolve this issue as I ordered my parts from them 4 weeks ago and they would not talk to me via email or phone even with me taking the first steps.  After filing a complaint with you, they immediately emailed me of the problem and gave me two unacceptable solutions so I requested a full refund and purchased my parts elsewhere.  The parts were in stock 4 weeks ago when I ordered them according to their website but in delaying pull and shipping them to me, they must have caused this problem.  Thanks for all your help as I could not have done this on my own, believe me I tried 8 or 10 times in the last month.

    I placed a purchase over a week ago and have not heard anything back about my order. I got my order number but every time I try and call there customer service I get a recording, they need to get it together if they want to run a business and keep customers! Where my order???? ******.....

    We are currently sitting at BUSINESS day 7 of gthe ***** day estimate on this assembled rifle order. We have yet to receive any correspondence from the customer's FFL. We cannot process the order until the customer has thier FFL provide a copy of their license along with the name and order number. Once we receive that info, we can get the order fulfilled. We have reached out to the customer to obtain that info. Have a great day!

    I place my order on 12/17/22 it was confirmed on the 12/20/22 and I only received one item and I been calling to get a refund after waiting 16 business days for a unassembled build kit and I have been patient but now I cant get in contact with anybody and I want a refund
