    Date Ordered: 2/6/2023 Order Number: DT-****** Shipped on: 03/07/2023 Item purchased [PI-CGS-19-53015DTT '********' 9mm Complete Slide Kit - Glock 19 Compatible]Barrel was having problems hitting the slide and deforming the top after less than 200 rounds spent. I sent multiple inquires to Delta Team Tactical (DTT) to see if they would allow a return or exchange, but did not receive any communication. Purchased a new barrel from a different company and in less than 100 rounds spent the slide cracked. As DTT will not address these issues I am forced to make a complaint and am looking for a full refund.

    On 4/10/23, I received my order #*********, however the handguard for $39.99 was missing. I e-mailed them immediately notifying them that the enclosed pink packing slip had pictures of all the other items except for the missing handguard. they acknowledged receipt of the e-mail and stated that they would check into it. I have e-mailed and called several times to no avail. It is now 15 days and no communications. My handguard or refund please. **

    Date of Transaction: 3/20/23 Date of Receipt of Product: 3/30/23 Date that I Contacted them about the issue with order: 3/30/23 Order#: DT-****** I received an order from this business on 3/30/23 and one of the items within the order was damaged and the damage did not occur during shipping. The damage had to have occurred during the process of putting said item together. I informed them of this problem via email accompanied by (2) two photos that documented the damage after over 10 attempts to contact them via phone. After of not getting a response back from them, other than automated responses and after calling their business over 50 times - on 4/12/23 they finally responded to me and their **************** Manager **************** offered a $15.00 partial refund or a $25.00 store credit. This item cost over $360.00. The only other alternative from her was to file a bogus/untruthful damage claim with their delivery insurance company Route. As I said, this item was not damaged during shipping. The damage occurred at their assembly shop. I wrote her back on 4/12/23 and informed her that those options were not acceptable and to please call and respond back. Instead, I received an email the next day saying that the matter had been settled and she closed the customer service complaint file. The complaint file # is: ******. I have emailed again on multiple occasions and placed an additional 20 plus phone calls, only to receive automated responses via both routes of communication. This has gone on long enough and this is the worst customer service that I have ever received from any company that Ive ever dealt with. I want to speak to a supervisor and I want to have this matter handled properly by Delta Team Tactical.

    Thank you for reaching out so we could look into this issue. It looks like the customer spoke with our **************** manager and she offered (per our policy on cosmetic damage) a 5% refund for the damaged handguard as we do not have a replacement to ship or a $25 store credit. Since ROUTE package protection was purchased, we also offered to have them file a claim. It looks like we neve received pictures of the packaging that the order arrived in so we have no way of knowing if the handguard was damaged in transit. I have reached out to the customer and offered to send a return shipping label if they prefer to refund the upper for a refund and to see how they would like this resolved. Once I hear back, we will get them taken care of. Have a great day!

    I am rejecting this response because: This response back to you had things within it that were NOT truthful. 1. I sent/emailed photos to them. 2. I never spoke to the **************** Manager on the phone, (I called them 50 plus times and never got an answer or call back) - only one communication from/with them via email and then they (she) never responded back again until I filed this complaint with the BBB. She actually closed the complaint and said that it had been reconciled, when it wasnt.

    They would not replace the damaged product that was damaged during the assembly process at Delta Team Tactical. I ended up purchasing another ********** handguard to replace the damaged one they sent to me after this going on for weeks. I did finally accept their 5% refund today, so that I would at least recoup an extremely small portion of the money that I have lost from this transaction with them.

    I will never order/purchase anything from Delta Team Tactical ever again and I will recommend that other business associates and friends of mine not order from them as well. This customer service experience was terrible and I do not recommend that anyone do business with them.

    We never provided any false information to the customer whatsoever. We never received photos of the packaging as instructed in our terms and conditions. We NEVER asked the customer to file a false report with ROUTE and also have an agreement with ROUTE that in certain instances where they will refund or replace items with cosmetic damage. Since we never received the photos of the packaging materials, we have no way of knowing where the damage came from. As far as speaking with a supervisor/manager, the customer spoke with our CS manager ************** and myself (accounting supervisor) about this order and we relayed the info regarding a partial refund/credit since they didn't want to file a claim with ROUTE. We also offered to get the upper returned for a full refund. The customer agreed to the partial refund yesterday and I even threw in an extra $10 on that approved refund amount. The customer approved the refund as a resolution so we can consider this dispute settled as this was handled correctly through our company policies. We do want to apologize for the delays in getting back to them on this issue and for the issues with the phone lines which we are working to correct. Stay safe and have a great day!

    I recently placed an order for a Davidson Defense AR build kit through their website Delta Team Tactical. My order number was *********. After overlooking my order details, I noticed that there had been a pricing mistake and there was an unwanted charge on my total. During checkout, there had been an option to choose whether or not I want the upper receiver to come assembled. When placing my order I specifically chose for my upper receiver to come “UN-assembled” during checkout, as I always prefer to assemble the upper myself in order to know that the barrel is tightened up to the proper specs etc. However after placing my order I’ve noticed that I had actually been charged the fee for assembly! It shows a $19.99 fee for “upper assembly” under my order details… I have sent multiple emails to both Delta Team Tactical and Davidson Defense customer support but still no responses...I have also made several phone calls to both of them and sat on hold with their customer support line for hours with no answers. I would like for the $19.99 upper assembly fee to please be refunded, as I definitely did NOT choose that option at checkout while placing my order! I did not want my upper receiver to come pre-assembled before shipping. Please let me know when you fix this error and refund the unwanted fee. Thank you in advance.

After researching this order, the assembly option was clearly selected by the customer at checkout. There have not been any edits on our end as far as the assembly option is concerned and we were not notified that the customer preferred the unassembled option until after the order was assembled, shipped and delivered.     I am rejecting this response because: The reason you were not notified about this happening before my order arrived is because I was unaware that the option had been changed to assembled during my checkout and did not notice that until I opened my package and saw the upper came assembled. If I had seen that had option been changed prior to placing my order then I obviously would not need to contact customer support about this since I wouldn't be having the issue. The reason you have gotten this sent through here multiple times is because you neglect to respond to emails or answer phone calls. This matter could've been handled quickly and easily through one simple phone call, but the fact that you choose to spend several days ignoring your customer support requests and then argue back and forth with your customers instead of resolving issues is the reason why you have to read messages repeatedly. You guys read my message on facebook and didn't respond to it, after ignoring my calls and emails. You could've kept this entire conversation private and the BBB would've never gotten involved if you guys were capable of answering emails or phone calls. You guys must be saving plenty of money over there by not hiring anyone competent to run customer service. Maybe you can take some of the funds that you make from scamming your customers into paying hidden fees during checkout then refuse to refund back to them and use it for hiring a person to work there who is actually capable of answering phone calls or responding to emails within the business week.

    We already addresses this issue in the previous dispute filed by the customer. WE DID NOT EDIT THE ORDER IN ANY MANNER. We cannot refund a service that has already been fulfilled and the order shipped EXACTLY as ordered. The customer made a mistake at checkout and we cannot issue a refund for a customer mistake. Had the customer reached out BEFORE the order was delivered, we could have easily removed that assembly option and issued a refund. The first email we received regarding this issue was the day the order was delivered so there is nothing we could have done as s the customer didn't reach out with this issue prior to shipment. Furthermore, the customer is basically harrassing us at this point for a mistake they made. We are more than accommodating to our customers when WE make a mistake on our end but this is not the case in this instance. We have blocked this customer from our email system and will no longer accept orders as this has become quite the ordeal from a simple mistake on the customer's end at checkout. We kindly as that this dispute is closed as the customer has stated in previous emails they will continue to leave bad reviews to attempt to cause harm to our reputation. Have a great day.

    I ordered a complete serialized frame from Delta Team Tactical on 3/16/2023. I have not received any response to my repeated requests for assistance in this matter. The frame hasn't shipped, and no communication from this business

    I purchased various products on 12/11/2022 and still have yet to receive all the products from my order. I have tried contacting them no less than 10 times by phone, email, etc and have even attempted to contact their sister companies all to no avail. All I want is a refund of my missing item at this point and nobody will respond to my issue. I used to order a lot from this company and their sister companies Omega Tactical and ****************, but I refuse to do so any longer after theyve completely abandoned me at this point. All I want at this point is my money back, its quite simple but the company will not respond and theyve forced my hand to leave this negative review.

    Ordered two items from them on Mar 3, 2023. They give estimated shipment times based on certain items on their website. One item is non ***, the other requires *** shipment. They finally shipped me the non *** item directly to my address after almost a month of waiting but still have not shipped the *** item to my ***. They have horrible communication and never answer tickets through their website, both Delta Team Tactical and ****************, their sister company. They never answer their new phone line except for one time over 3 weeks ago when I was finally able to speak with someone. He told me weve had your *** info for a little bit, it should be shipped out by next Thursday. That was OVER 2 weeks ago. Ive sent numerous tickets through both DD and DTTs websites with no answer. Ive emailed the email they provide I believe twice at this point, no answer. Ive even messaged them on ******** and TikTok still with no answer. They keep advertising that the *** item I purchased is in stock which would indicate to me they arent out of stock and should be able to ship it within the time frame they provide and update weekly mind you. They are constantly sending out advertising emails themselves so someone over there is alive. Even if the item is out of stock or there is a backup with *** orders and shipments, they need to communicate this with their customers and stop lying to us. Its been a month and a half since I ordered and even if you take away weekends and holidays, theyve had plenty of time to ship my item or inform me of an issue. I want an answer on where my item is and when its going to be shipped. This is getting out of hand.

    The order arrived without a bolt carrier group. The website says that the order includes this assembly. The pack list said it was present. The assembly was not in the box. The company has not answered their customer service phone or online support ticket. I would like to get the bolt carrier group advertised in order *********

    I placed an order to Delta Team Tactical on March 4 2023 for two frames that require a FFL transfer in the amount of $158.xx. order ********* (and my sons order on the same day of ********* for well over $300.00.) I have made 4 attempts by email, and two by phone, none have been answered. I know they will lie and say they didn't receive the FFL info from Doomsday Tactical, this seems to be their go to excuse on other complaints. I know for a fact they received a call and info from them. Considering i worked there and was there when this took place. I was a regular customer for years but this is the first purchase in over a year. I guess their customer service isn't what it used to be. My son and I would just like to receive what we've paid for. I brought that directly to our FFL manager to get rushed. We also printed out the customer's sons order so we could get that order taken care of as well.
