I live in another province and hired Chris to rent and manage our Halifax condo. Working with Chris is like having a personal tour guide take you through the landlord journey. He provides detailed explanations of the the itinerary and the costs beforehand, and then he guides you methodically through every key milestone along the route. It was a great pleasure to have done business with Chris Ryan Property Management Services. The service was exceptional, as Chris took us through stage by stage to the very end. My family and I are grateful to have met such a wonderful individual whom not only care about just renting a property but, took time out to ensure we were satisfied with the condo, and all the amenities. With such great service my husband and I certainly will be working with Chris company in the near future when we will be acquiring our own home. I do recommend Chris Ryan Property Management Services to anyone looking for a Realtor or a property manager. Moving house can be stressful, and moving countries is beyond overwhelming! Thankfully from the moment I contacted Chris Ryan, he was willing to help and provide his guidance on the process. He kept us informed and ensured that we had one less thing to worry about. He went above and beyond in order to accommodate our travel arrangements and worked with us every step of the way. Chris has been our property manager for almost two years now. We were new to the game and needed a quick solution for a rental due to a military move. His professionalism, problem solving attitude, and respect for our time and money has earned him our respect and trust. Of particular note is the throughoughness and effort he puts into sourcing quality tenants for our property, providing us with a detailed summary and recommendations for moving forward. It has been wonderfully low stress renting our property from afar even though it has had some periodic issues - without Chris it would have been very challenging. I, like many, was in pickle trying to find a place to live Halifax. messaging dozens of property managers I got a solid look at what the industry had to offer and it was not always great. I found an opportunity and worked with Chris to get the lease. He was professional, thorough and easy to deal with on the on-boarding. I have no evidence to think he will be anything less as the property manager for my current lease. If you need a lease or have properties that needing managing, I'd give him a thumbs up.Chris Ryan Property Management Services
