As tenants, our experience with Chris has been wonderful! He is clearly very well organized, honest, reliable, and handles his business with efficiency and care for both tenants and landlords. He has been professional and well prepared for every encounter we’ve had with him, including fast replies to questions and concerns. We are incredibly grateful that our landlords chose Chris to manage the property we rent! If we are ever in need of property management services more broadly, he will be our first choice!

Chris is excellent to work with. He is organized, dependable and very efficient. I currently use his home watch program and I couldn't be happier with his service. He met me on very short notice, answered all my questions and provided me with a plan to take care of my property. We absolutely loved and enjoyed service from Chris through the process of our new home journey. Chris was very good and swift with communication throughout the process. Would 100% recommend Chris Ryan Property Management Services! We initially found Chris Ryan through his YouTube channel, where he gives thorough video tours advertising the properties he manages. After researching companies and the market, we reached out to Chris. He was knowledgeable, easy going and professional. Since working with Chris, he has done an excellent job managing our property, including overseeing a small renovation, advertising and finding tenants - all without issue. Chris Ryan was excellent to deal with. He found qualified tenants very quickly, provided both us, and the tenants appropriate paperwork in an efficient and process oriented manner. My good friend recommended me about Chris after his years of business with Chris. I am very glad that I found Chris to manage my property. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I was worried about the process of renting my property. Chris made it so easy and found me very good tenants earlier than I expected He is very responsive when we have any questions. We met Chris on a Friday afternoon. Meeting went smooth, everything he was looking forard was clearly stated. We submitted all paperwork within 24 hours of the first meeting. Chris said he would need 2 business days to verify and it was almost down the the exact minute. It was the smoothest process we've ever gone thru and most importantly we trusted that our private and confidential paperwork was safe. With a long extended period away with work coming up, I needed to find someone who could look after my place. I found ***** randomly on ****** and decided to meet him and see this was the right business for my requirement. I am extremely glad I met him as he did an excellent job watching my place. During my absence, ***** consistently kept me informed of all property inspections results, kept my plants alive (a tough skill!), and assisted with other tasks that came up. ***** displayed exceptional communication skills, a strong knowledge of vacancy tips, and built complete trust for someone you just met to watch your home and possessions.
