Chris was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. When we were faced with having to find a new home in a short period of time, he made the entire moving process so smooth and stress-free, answering all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. From helping us settle in to ensuring everything in our new home was perfect, he truly went the extra mile to make us feel at ease. His attention to detail and commitment to our satisfaction was evident in every interaction. We couldn't be happier with his service and highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking to rent a home or for property management services.

We have worked with Chris for two years now on many properties. He is incredibly trustworthy, reliable, hard working and really cares about his clients! He works hard to find the perfect tenants, ensures the properties are kept up-to-date, clean, and in great condition. We do not live in the region, but with Chris we feel incredibly confident that our properties are well managed. Chris Ryan made renting a home feel dignified and that we mattered. After having owned our own home and selling it to move to the province for work we had felt like we were treated less than by other rental property companies. Chris made us feel just as valued as if we were purchasing a home. He was knowledgeable, honest, and fair to both the renter and owner ensuring a good match for both parties. Chris is FANTASTIC. He is honest and he handles everything efficiently. He is always very professional, quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had. We would definitely recommend using his company. Me and my family are grateful for everything Chris has done for us. We are lucky to have met such a wonderful individual who not only cared about just renting a property but took time out to ensure we were satisfied with the house and all the amenities. I highly recommend Chris Ryan to manage your rental property. I reached out to Chris Ryan of Chris Ryan Property management after looking at managing the rental myself from a distance and after working with another rental management company. Right from the first call Chris showed his knowledge and enthusiasm for rental management. He provided me with information on the Nova Scotia requirements that I wasn’t aware of even after research and months of working with another company. It was an easy decision to switch to Chris, and I have no regrets. The road to preparing, listing and tenant move in was very smooth for me, as Chris managed it all, including dealing with my HOA. The inspection he performed and his suggestions before photographing and taking video of the unit for advertisement were great. The contractors he works with for painting and cleaning did a great job and quickly had the unit ready for rental. Once advertised at the right price it rented quickly, and the tenant move in was very smooth. Chris made renting and managing my condo from a distance headache free.
