    Renting with Chris has been an excellent experience. As prior homeowners who have transitioned to renting, we had very high expectations and we were not disappointed. Chris has a remarkably well curated group of rental properties, and it is obvious that he only works with reputable owners. We are very happy in our new home and expect to be here for a very long time.

    As Nova Scotia is struggling with a serious housing crisis, it is becoming increasingly difficult for newcomers to find suitable accommodation. The process is also frustrating with a high rejection rate and poor communication from supposedly "professional" agents. We were fortunate enough to have used Chris' services who helped us find our dream home and provided support throughout the application period. The day we signed our lease contract, he told us that we were now under his responsibility. He even made sure that everything was alright after hurricane Fiona. While his communication is consistently fast and efficient, you will always feel that friendly touch, a rare quality among his peers.     My husband and I cannot express enough adjectives to describe what a professional and caring man ***** is. From the moment we met ***** we were struck by his easy manner and extensive knowledge of the home he showed us. ***** took the time, and we were never hurried he walked us through the process of renting this beautiful home. His professionalism was evident in every detail. What we really appreciated was he kept us up to date in real time at what stage we were at in renting; we never had to guess what to do next or if he received any documentation. We count our blessings that we were fortunate to have ***** as the property manager and know that if we have any issues, or questions it would never be a bother to ask.     ***** was great in helping us find a new place when we made the decision to move to the city. He was able to suggest a property that fit our needs perfectly.     Working with ***** was a great experience. From day one he was very responsive and extremely thorough. I have rented many apartments and have never had a property manager so on top of things for both the landlord and the tenant. He was well informed on the property and able to answer any questions we had. Once we expressed interest in moving forward he had every lined up and taken care of quickly. We are extremely happy with the experience we have had, and look forward to having him as our property manager.

    I wish there was a 10 star rating for Chris. He is truly exceptional. When we considered buying a rental in NS, the first piece was the property manager. I saw Chris's amazing reviews and called him first. After speaking with him, there wasn't a need to call anyone else. He set us up with a wonderful realtor, gave us honest advice, and has literally taken care of everything we have needed with great professionalism. It is such a piece of mind knowing that Chris is there to take care of everything when we live across the country. I only wish Chris could clone himself and provide these services in other areas.
