I am so grateful for Chris Ryan's Property Management Services. Chris provided me with expert advice and was kind and patient in answering my questions, listening to my preferences, and addressing any concerns I had. His communication skills are excellent, he kept us updated every step of the way and quickly built a professional and trusting relationship. Chris has been extremely helpful in finding our tenant. He's very professional, very responsive, and communicates frequent and often. He put the effort in to understand our needs and preferences and was able to find the tenant that fits quickly. He fully understands the process and the tenancy ack giving excellent advice for us as a landlord but also advising the tenants. Our experience with Chris was fantastic! We were in a challenging situation, having to find new accommodation fast. Chris was excellent throughout the application process for our new place, being refreshingly truthful with clear timelines and expectations. What stood out the most, though, was how willing he was to go above and beyond, giving us advice on how to handle the tricky situation we were in with our old rental. Chris was always quick to respond, right from our first interaction and was more then patient with me and my never ending questions and inquiries in the search for a tenant. While I have knowledge of Residential Tenancies, Chris's experience and knowledge is invaluable. He made quick work of vetting and finding a tenant and calming my first time landlord nerves. Chris provided regular security checks on a vacant property until sold. He was very accommodating in getting the process set up to satisfy "time sensitive" insurance requirements. I found him to be very professional and thorough during the process.Chris Ryan Property Management Services
