      I returned my laptop exactly as instructed in perfect condition with the keyboard attachment and Microsoft 365. I was refunded for ONLY the keyboard, with Microsoft stating their warehouse didnt receive the laptop or 365. But I sent them all together so someone either stole it or theyre lying. The weight of the package on my receipt also shows it weighed more than just a keyboard. Im out 600 bucks ** they wont help me. Im filing with the ftc and do not know what else to do. Microsoft basically stole 600 from me.

      My issue began May 17, 2022. My XBox would constantly not start any games. It would take at least an hour just to get one game started. I've had a horrible customer service experience, from CSRs refusing to listen and constantly talk over me, hanging up (particularly notable when you realize that you can only request so many calls and you hit your limit every other day). Finally, I get a representative who offers to repair my console (XB1S), but seeing as it's a software issue (as opposed to a hardware issue), I requested a replacement. I sent out the Xbox and power cable on June 24, 2022 (yes, it did take that long to get someone to do something about my issue), waited a couple weeks, and received the "replacement" on July 6. Instead of a replacement, I opened the box to the same XB1S that I sent out with a list of testing that was conducted on the hardware. Naturally, I called in and am told that they'll have to investigate where the power cable went. I am also told that there was nothing wrong with the XB1S. I can't test it without the power cable, so I have no choice but to wait another couple weeks to figure out if the problem was even fixed. I'm estimating that because it was determined to be a software problem (both by one of the CSRs and myself) that the issue will persist. This complaint was submitted the day that I received the "replacement", July 6, 2022.

      They sold me a game call The Ascend. The game is broken and online coop doesn't work. I read the reviews and nearly all complaints state that they have the same problem. I requested a refund and was denied. They are knowingly selling broken product and refuse to make it right

      I have requested a refund for purchases that were accidently made by me multiple times. This occurred while I was trying to read about the game. Every time that they have respond they have said I have met my refund limit. Although I know from past refunds there is a limit of 3 times a year with multiple items available per refund. Currently I have made a total of 1 refund and am being denied my current request to be refunded due to being charged while trying to read about a game. There were a total of 8 accidental purchase's totaling up to $306.96, along with $112 in overdraft charges. There were 6 charges of the amount $43.93 and 2 others for $21.69.

      Someone needs to file a class action against these people. I startled out with a problem with both my ( greatly underused ) OneDrive and yahoo mail services after an update. The mail services have not been fixed...The original OneDrive problem has not been fixed... They sent me a specific instruction to paste in "run" which , without my authorization or even a warning, filled my OneDrive to capacity.. and are now wanting me to pay for more OneDrive space!!!!!!!!! .. AND refuse to get on my computer and remove the unwanted extra files.

      This company wrongfully permanently banned my Xbox account that I've spent thousands of dollars on and I can't even access my Xbox account. This ban was due to impersonation of a Microsoft employee when all I said to this gamer on Xbox through a message that was verbally harassing me and threatening me and my family in game chat was if they weren't going to stop then I'd contact a family member of mine that works for Microsoft. Then a day or two after that they reported me and I was permanently banned and couldn't get on my Xbox account ever since. I have even contacted employees and they weren't much help, I also asked for them to appeal my ban and the request was denied which is STUPID! I HIGHLY ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY AN XBOX FOR GAMING AND RATHER GET A PC TO PLAY GAMES ON!!!

      I can't believe that companies do not have phone customer support anymore. What has happened to this world?!?! I tried to cancel an account subscription that I haven't used in years, you need to go online, you speak to a rep then, get this, they want me to pay for what they are calling technical support!!!!! It's supposed to be customer service, really people!!!! Everyone needs to think twice before setting up subscriptions, because buyer beware, have a great time tring to cancel any subscription with any company now-a-days!!!!!!!!!

      A month ago, Microsoft offered me a free monthly subscription to Microsoft office, so I needed excel spreadsheets, with the condition that I can unsubscribe from this service (subscription). Now I can not unsubscribe either online or through the contacts they offer. I think that Microsoft is fooling my brains and thereby commits fraud in order to receive money for a subscription that I do not need.

      I am disabled with a reading disability and thought I was buying Microsoft word for my computer. It wouldn't download and kept trying in-between hospital stays and surgeries. When I finally call them to explain my situation they said basically "too bad for you, you bought it we delivered what you bought". They would not allow me to switch the $85 program for what I thought I was buying. instead, they wanted me to try and sell it to someone else and pay yet another $85 to get the word I thought I was buying. Then he promptly hung up on me. Is there any help for this? I can't afford another $85 on my limited income. Lynnellen P
