      If i could give Microsoft a '0' rating, I would. I am posting this to warn others not to sign up for any Microsoft 365 Business or Microsoft 365 Business Standard products. I originally signed up for the Microsoft 365 Business but later found out (from the Microsoft Technical Represenatiative at Tier 2 support) that they do not allow for downloadable version. Of course this was not indicated any any of the literature prior to signing up. So, less than 1 month later, I decided to sign up for the Microsoft 365 Business. The Microsoft Represenative was supposed to close the first account and open a new account. Of course this did not happen. I started to be charged for the old account. I was in a trial for the new account until the end of April and given a 2 month credit because of all the previous problems that I had with the 1st account. I have decided to close both account due to all of the problems I have had and performance problems. It has been 4 months and the problems have still not been resolved. In fact they have gotten worst. Not only has Microsoft not given me my money back for the closed account, they have also attempted to charge me for closing the accounts, 2 TIMES. Do not use Microsoft for your business email provider.

      Ive had a mixed experience with Microsoft. On one hand, their productsespecially Windows and Officeare reliable and have become essential tools in my daily life. I appreciate the regular updates and the efforts to improve security and performance.That said, Ive run into a few frustrating issues with customer service. Getting support sometimes feels like going in circles, especially when trying to resolve technical problems or account-related concerns. The virtual agents are hit or miss, and it can take a while to reach an actual person who can help.Overall, I still use and trust Microsofts products, but I wish the customer service experience was smoother and more responsive. With a bit more attention to that area, my rating would definitely go up.

      Microsoft Over Billing I have gone through a dispute with Microsoft billing that goes back to the Summer of 2024 and have gone through numerous people all the way to managers. I have had to submit numerous tickets due to the fact that Microsoft keeps closing the tickets even though it has not gotten resolved. I have had to send numerous emails with the invoice numbers because Microsoft keeps say that they do not have access to the prior emails. (How ironic.) I am, needless to say, very frustrated that this continues after almost a year! We are a small business and cannot afford to put a dispute in with our credit card. We also cannot have our business shut down during the transition to another carrier.

      I've used Microsoft products for years some are great, but support can be hit or miss. I had a recent issue with my account and getting help was frustrating. I eventually got it resolved, but it took more time than it should have. Their software is powerful, but customer service could definitely be more responsive.

      Microsoft Cashback doesnt seem to work for large purchases, and Im not the only one dealing with this. Plenty of other reviews mention the same issue. I made a purchase at ********** for over a thousand dollars with cashback activated, and guess what? No cashback. I didnt even bother contacting support because the process is such a hassle, and most reviews say customer service is useless anyway. Its incredibly frustrating that a company this big would let something like this slide.

      I paid for a Microsoft 365 Subscription and they have locked me out of my account for 8 days now. There is no one to support and no way to get in contact with anyone at the company. I have no access to important emails.

      I was force to pay $6.99 a month for documents your company took from my computer without my permission. there was no good contact. i never want the cloud and turned it off. Your company never return my personal documents. then state i had to pay your company $6.99 or you would start deleting my personal information because your server could not accommodate it. your company forced me to pay the $6.99 a month for well over a year. return all my documents with include birth certificates and marriage certificates. I am 74 and with food prices and cost of living costs I CAN NOT AFFORT TO PAY YOU ******* MONEY.Your company sent me a request for $9.99. I never had a subscription with Microsoft. I paid ****** money of $6.99, which I can't afford and will not pay. Please return all my information to my computer. Do not keep any of my information. I never asked for the cloud. your company also stop me from using my back up on my back up drive.Fix your mess and stop trying to charge me for a service i never asked for....

      I had issues with a game that was pre downloaded before release through Game Pass Ultimate, which I pay for monthly. I spent over a half hour just getting the ability to speak to someone and while they were able to fix the issue, it was 100% an Xbox issue not loading data correctly. I spoke to the representative's supervisor, *****, and he said that there was nothing Xbox could do to compensate me for my time. After close to an hour trying to fix an Xbox issue, he basically told me to go kick rocks. Not a great look for a multi-trillion dollar company.
