We had a great experience with the central Utah team. They received the windows weeks earlier than expected. Install appointment set up was simple, workers arrived early and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Afterward, they took the time to explain the workings of each window as well as to take care of a tiny spot outside where the original siding was left with a rough edge. Clean-up was great (except one spot that must have been overlooked outside our kitchen window), and they didnt leave any messes inside at all. I was amazed at the ease of install for us. We are already noticing a difference in noise and outside temperature transfer. Hurray!!

Excellent. From start to finish. The windows are beautiful and perfect. When the guys began to take out the old windows and replace them, a huge windstorm came up and I was worried that something would happen and they'd have to stop and come another day but no! They'd said that they installed regardless of the weather and they weren't kidding. I went out to see how they were doing in all that wind and the guy was humming and had a smile on his face. Just amazing. Great work.

******** and professional, these workers had our new windows installed in just three hours. They cleaned up so well and even vacuumed areas as needed. We were impressed with the quality of their work.Cade followed up by visiting us and reviewing the procedure for cleaning and operating our new windows. Our other windows were 30 years old and replacing them was long overdue. We are proud to be the model home for our neighborhood and would recommend this company to anyone.

My Austin home front windows are Performance and I have regretted doing business with them. Installers were hostile and did the shoddiest custom fitting and caulking job I’ve had. They never removed old caulking and only covered over it. My brick is messed up , inside Sheetrock cracked and broke an antique mirror. Screens actually sway and blow and they still don’t have any intention to repair and resolve. They only threaten with lawsuit if I don’t pay the last third. BTW. Renewal by Anderson did an excellent installation of windows.and the installers were far more professional. I have tried to resolve with satisfactory results for both, but the owner in Austin area is unreasonably offensive and obtuse with temper. Product is good if not damaged in installation.

Hey ******. As you will remember, any lingering issues with workmanship have been resolved in our multiple visits to your home to try to make you happy. In the last of those visits, you certified to us that it was all done. In truth, we were at industry standard well before the last but we did subsequent visits for goodwill. Unfortunately it seems like we still didn't get there for you. As for the mirror, if such a thing happened we'd be happy to try to make it right but you've refused to let us see it or even prove the existence of a mirror to this point. If you want to reach back out to the office and show us the mirror, perhaps we can go from there. Otherwise yes we're going to proceed collecting on a completed job as we always do.

Pushy door to door salesman, should have asked for an official card but thankfully I canceled the appointment with their regional manager.

I have a NO SOLICITING sign at my door/doorbell, yet this person still engaged on my doorstep. I listened to the spiel, then pointed to the NO SOLICITING sign. He seemed to brush it off and we discussed a bit. Then he said that he "was walking by and noticed that my windows are old". I told him that yes, he is in a neighborhood with old homes, and old windows, but that he still ignored the NO SOLICITING sign.A few days later I noticed on the Next Door app that someone posted the very same complaint, and that many people responded much like me. One person said that they had contacted the company prior (Performance Windows) and the company had acknowledged the problem...yet here we are.I have a NO SOLICITING sign up for safety reasons for my family. I am not impressed with Peformance Windows.

Regarding the Arizona office; I have a massive no soliciting sign. It is 12x8 inches. Black background, bold white text. This lady knocks on my door, and when I ask if she saw the sign, she said that this was a "marketing call". Intrigued, I allow her to continue her script, and she starts telling me that they're going to install a bunch of windows, give me a 30% discount (which also somehow means I would get them for "half off"?), then they get to plant a sign in my yard for a number of months, and I have to give them copies of my electricity bill so they can show other people how effective the low-e windows are. I told her that I was not interested and to leave. I called their corporate number, which is in Utah, and they gave me the Phoenix office number. I call that number, and when I described the above events, the guy gets really defensive and tries to define soliciting as "selling something physical at the door" and "those are just marketing people". When I told him that she went over pricing, and that I'd be paying for the windows, he said "none of their people know pricing because all windows are custom and it's really hard to calculate", and due to this, it's not sales (and so, not soliciting). You tried to get me to give you money to receive a product. I do not care if you're discounting it, or that you /also/ intend to use it for marketing purposes. This wasn't a free product that you were giving me for review purposes. You tried to sell me something. That's soliciting. See; ********************************************************************************************************************* ************ ******* *, where it explicitly states that if I have a "no solicitation" sign up, you just broke the law. Tell your people to learn to respect people's signs. My next call will be to the police for trespass and harassment. I am also going to look into contacting the licensing authorities to request that yours is revoked. Assuming you even have one.

I have to say, as someone who is actually looking to get new windows this coming spring - I wouldn't hire a company which has employees who are discourteous enough to ignore three no soliciting signs and one do not knock sign. The person I spoke with when I called was polite and professional about it. Considering my area also requires a permit to solicit and the person who came to my door said they didn't have one, how could you trust them to do an expensive window job based on that?Extremely poor impression of this company, and even less so after seeing multiple reviews saying the same!
