      My experience with Performance Windows has been nothing less than exceptional! From the first contact with ****** ********* I knew this was the company I wanted to hire to do my project. ****** arrived with a team of workers to replace my 12 windows and was courteous, thorough and professional. My new windows have no doubt made my home appearance change quite a bit and the value will no doubt increase as well.

      Performance windows did a great job. They offered financing options and windows at a fair price. The windows are a nice quality product. We replaced the basement and garage windows and immediately felt a difference in warmth and security. The install was quick, quiet and clean! Great work and great windows!

      I got all my front windows replaced by Performance Windows. These are a very nice improvement over my older ones. They can be opened from both the top and bottom halves. They also turn horizontal so I can clean them without having to step outside the house. The screen mesh can be repositioned accordingly to cover whatever portion of the window is open. They have a little feature that allows the bottom half to open slightly without allowing anything bigger that a toddler through the gap. This is very useful to allow the house to vent fresh air without worrying of person getting into the house. The glass on my windows is one grade lower than bulletproof. They can take a solid punch and not crack. A pleasant secondary effect of these windows is that they muffle certain sound frequencies. The house is noticably quieter after installing these new ************************* summary, everything that was promised was delivered. I checked into into multiple options and Performance Windows was by far the cheapest.

      Good afternoon, I wanted to share my experience with Performance Windows product and installation quality; Firstly, the windows are outstanding, and the sound level transmission is restrictive and impervious to the traffic noise that we experienced prior to the replacement. Additionally, the installation of the windows by the installers was thoroughly professional and first rate.......Ultimate satisfaction in our selection with Performance Windows.

      Was thinking for quite a while to replacing windows that were 32 years old. Finally decided it was time. Enter Performance Windows. All involved were very professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns. They installed 14 windows in one day. Very happy with the results!

      Conmen and crooks. Spent $20k on what were marketed as impact rated windows by a sales manager. He was fired for following the company script. The company never once tried to anmend this. Installation was in October of 2024. One window sash came damaged and was replaced in February and now we are in March 2025 and still no inspection scheduled for permits and no paperwork for records and wind mitigation inspection/home insurance. Windows have leaked multiple times now as well. One requiring drywall and paint repair. The service guys are the only positive. The manager Kioni is condescending and left all the management to be completed by *****. Who requires constant reminders that the work is not complete until the paperwork is in the hand of the customer. Overall just a **** poor job. I would gladly go back and pay ******** or Pella. Save your time and money by going to a truly professional window installation company. This home inspector and former general contractor recommends going elsewhere.

      From beginning to end, we were very impressed with the professionalism of the employees and quality of the product. Installation was seamless with attention paid to the smallest detail. And while it's too soon to see a difference on the energy bill yet, we already notice it's quieter inside the house and sitting next to the windows with snow falling outside doesn't warrant a blanket. If you're in the market to replace old windows, we highly recommend you start here.

      Im getting really tired of door-to-door solicitors constantly knocking, even when I have a No Soliciting sign. Some of them are way too pushy and dont take no for an answer. Its disruptive, and honestly, it needs to stop. If I want a service, Ill look for it myselfI dont need someone knocking on my door trying to sell me something. Anyone else dealing with this?

      Working with Performance Windows has been great. I had windows that were original to my house and were desperate need of updating. They quoted 12 weeks for the windows to be completed, but they were ready within 6. Installation was done within one day and even in cold temperatures, they got it done very professionally. Since they have been installed, I have noticed that it has felt warmer in my house and when my HVAC system is on, it's on for less time. I would highly recommend them for your future windows.
