      Recently replaced my old windows with Performance windows. The installers were very professional and the windows look amazing. They are high quality and I love the easy access to clean both inside and out. Too early to tell if they will have an energy savings impact. We got a lot of window estimates from many companies and finally selected to go with Performance. Very glad we did!

      I've been waiting to do this review of Performance Windows for one main reason, how will they do with Texas extreme heat and cold? Well let me tell you, these windows are absolutely amazing! I had been working nights and the heat had been so bad that I wasn't able to sleep during the day but I also didn't want to run my a/c full blast because the electricity bill might have killed me. Immediately after upgrading our windows? I couldn't feel the heat emanating from the windows. I could actually feel the coolness in the house. I could finally sleep. It was absolutely ******! As per usual we just had a hard freeze in January and you have no idea how amazed I was that we couldn't feel the 16f weather outside. The windows really kept the house at temperature, it's incredible! The double panel windows are really a thing of beauty, not only well insulated to the point that sound reduction was increased to the point where cars passing by on the busy street next to us is a human, but it helps with the aesthetic of the home.I have no regrets using Performance Windows to do our window upgrades.Sound reduction ??Heat and cold insulated ??Pretty ??What more could a home owner ask for?

      Installation was quick and simple! Installers were very professional, and the windows are awesome! love all of the features and efficiency of the windows. They were a much needed upgrade to my home.

      If I could leave no stars I absolutely would. Two years ago we had our windows done by them. They damaged all of the siding on our home and damaged the interior walls and left us high and dry to figure out everything for ourselves. We are ********** and used our tax return to have the windows done. We do not have the funds to fix the damages they caused us. We had spoke to the owners and they never showed up or cared what their company did to us. We asked them to fix it and make it right but nothing was done. Its two years later and my home still doesnt have siding and the damages inside are still there because we cant afford it and they refused to fix it. This company should be shut down in my opinion. They are shady and I have all of the proof still. I have video of the phone calls made and pictures of before, during, and after with all the damages. Absolutely the worst company ever do not use them and do not get screwed over like we did! We have heard several other people have had issues with this company now after we went through this. Dont find out the hard way like we did and just stay clear from them!

      Hi *******. Sorry we couldn't meet your expectations. I remember your job well. Your home was in an unfinished state, without siding, when we arrived. That's not something we're going to take responsibility for. To my knowledge any damage to interior walls was rectified when we went back out, but if that isn't the case I'd be happy to take another look at it. Just call us at the office and we could go from there.

      Love my new windows and sliding glass door, improved the aesthetics of my home and I can already notice the difference in the reduction of outside noise. The install team was quick and efficient, they completed the entire install in about 6 hours, 11 windows and a sliding glass door. I cannot wait to see the difference in the energy efficiency of my home in the winter and summer without 40 year old windows. Highly recommend performance windows!

      The installers were great. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. The windows are great. I just expected or was told that you would not be able to look in from the outside. Which is not true. Was looking forward on not put my blinds back on.
