I bought a NordicTrack Commercial 1250 treadmill purchase made four months ago thru Best Buy. The treadmill was delivered broken, rendering it unusable. I immediately contacted customer service to address the issue. The customer service *** received has been nothing short of abysmal. I was sent defective parts as replacements. Despite the treadmill being under warranty, iFit/NordicTrack has failed to rectify the situation. My husband and I have almost injured ourselves on multiple different occasions in attempt to use the treadmill. Ive had the misfortune of having the same technician three different times, sent to "fix" the treadmill. Each visit has been a complete waste of time,The customer service provided by ********************** and ********************** has been nothing short of negligent. I have spent hours on the phone, each time speaking with different representatives who offer no assistance, provide conflicting information, and fail to take any responsibility. I have spoken to ***** ****** and ********* ****** to name of few of ***** customer service representatives. ***** even went so far as to promise that her supervisor **** ***** would call me back to help me with my complaints. I am still waiting on that call, its been over 4 weeks! On one occasion, I was even given unsafe advice, such as being told to walk towards the back of the treadmill. This advice not only makes no sense but is an unsafe practice that could result in injury.Despite the treadmill being purchased brand new from Best Buy, and under a 1-year warranty with NordicTrack and a 3-year warranty with Best Buy, I have been bounced between all three companies with no resolution. Each company seems to play the blame game, refusing to take ownership and offer a solution. I have been denied proper service and left with a broken, useless machine for the past four months.I have kept detailed records of all communications, including phone calls, emails, and technician visits.iFIT

1 starBought a R35 bike in December. Arrived with a software issue. They fixed that. Then immediately there was a flywheel issue that needed a replacement. 2 weeks later that was replaced. Then immediately following that there was an issue with the resistance not working correctly. Waited an hour on queue then got disconnected on the phone. I finally decided just to ride the bike and noticed the seat wobbled decently creating an annoying noise. This is due to a design issue with sloppy play on the seat rail slide not a loose seat. I called again to see if there was an adjustment I missed. There wasnt and they wanted to send a tech out again. I advised at this point I just wanted to return the bike dues to the multiple issues where after a month of owning I was unable to even use it. I was told because i didnt allow them to try and fix the seat I had to pay $250 to return it as well as 5% of the cost of the bike. I paid $300 to never ride a bike that had multiple issues. Want to start off by saying the I-fit **************** is Horrible, consistently horrible. The wait times have been typically 45 mins to an hour. there has been times were they disconnected from me and did not call me back and this process had to start all over again. We have purchased 1) a treadmill 2) a rower 30 a bike and have had problems with all three of them. shortly after the warranty ran out on the rower it broke. We had a technician come out and quote us a price for $700 to repair. The treadmill has broke twice due to a belt controller module problem and the pedals of the bike needed repaired. PLEASEdo not get finessed with their website, look elsewhere first because in the event something goes wrong. You have many customer service agents that do not speak fluent english properly and makes it difficult to understand, many have been rude. The headache of customer service, the equipment that continues to not work properly has been a horrible experience. The last problem I had was recently called 2/4/25 on phone way to long know one called me back. Called today 2/5/25 only to get disconnected.iFIT

The iFIT software is a joke. I spent 2+ hours trying to get my rowing machine started. Have WiFi connection but no one could get it connected. Total incompetence in each person I spoke to with the resolve of need a new tablet. This has been on ongoing problem with iFIT and they were and are not willing to replace or upgrade electronics. Worst product on the market. No wonder there was a lawsuit. I would give a lower rating of one existed. **************** was of no value just like the virtual assistant. They just need to get out of the business and quit providing garbage to the consumer. **** ******iFIT

Buyers beware. I first purchased Norditrack Bike which came with promo Ifit membership. The second year charges were reasonable at $175, third year similar at $185. This year not only wont they call me back after opening several case tickets, but renewal pricing model has changed and now minimum for my machine is $299 for a long term commitment. Short term goes up from there..Considering this price increase and thought other options could be discussed, however they wont and dont make it easy to discuss. While they claim there are some free workouts, good luck finding them and manual mode is omg so plain for a $1500 bike. Now I have a bike that is joke. Have considered selling it but would feel guilty doing so to anyone!!Regretting my purchase and maybe should have gone another route.**** BiFIT

I feel like ifit is a scam you pay big money for the treadmill then they want a $400 a year fee to use it as you were hoping.iFIT

1 starAfter being a loyal customer of **********************/********************** for more than 4 years, I purchased a new NordicTrack treadmill for $2,500 with white glove service which I understood meant that a trained technician would deliver my new treadmill to my home, assemble it correctly, and haul away my old treadmill. At the time I ordered the new treadmill and white glove service, I asked that instead of hauling away my old treadmill, if they would move it from my gym to my garage. The iFit agent told me that would not be a problem and that he had noted it on my order. Instead, what happened was two delivery men delivered the new treadmill to my home, told me they weren't prepared to move my old treadmill, then decided to disassemble it to move it, moved it and could not properly reassemble it nor did they know how to assemble my new treadmill. So now I can't use either of my treadmills. I contacted customer service through chat. I spent over an hour on chat being asked all kinds of details about the treadmills (date of purchase, where I purchased it from, make, model, serial number, etc). All of which is information I would expect iFit/NordicTrack to know about a long-time customer who just made a multi-thousand dollar purchase from them. The chat was abruptly ended without any resolution to my issues and a follow up email was sent to me addressing me by the wrong name asking me for yet more information. I responded to the email with all the detailed information including pictures and explanation of all the assembly issues. I never received any follow up. I tried contacting iFit through chat multiple times. Each time I had to start over and provide all the detailed information (date of purchase, where I purchased it from, make, model, serial number, etc). Each time they needed more info and each time IFit would abruptly end the chat with no resolution. It is criminal how iFit treats its customers and I am shocked ******************** gave them an A+ rating given the large number of customer complaints.Review fromSunny L

Worst customer service I hav ever encountered from beginning to end. Do not buy anything from IFIT. Delivery was a huge problem. Then about 10 months into using the machine, it would not turn on. I had to unplug and sign in every time. Called IFIT customer service. was placed on hold for about 45 min to be told that their support **** is only open 8am to 6pm and that non one could help. I did send an email from the machine which was an option but that email went unanswered for weeks and weeks. I finally commented on IFIT FB page which got someones attention and they DM me but despite my requests for them to call me or give me a specific time when I can call them, no one did. Finally another 3 weeks after that I got an email from an IFIT tech support person who had me on the phone for an hour going through prompts on the machine. After we were done, machine worked for a day before logging me off again,. That support person advised me to respond to his email directly if i had any problems. I emailed him and told him thhhhe machine was still having issues. He responded right away stating that a part has to be replaced. that was almosst 4 weeks ago and i have heard nothing from him. I have sent more emails to him, no response. **************** is non-existent and the mahcine operating system is a problem. Do not buy this machine!iFIT

I bought a Nordic Track Treadmill in Oct 2023, also purchased a 1 year iFit membership. The iFit trainers, video, etc are cool. But after a couple months I decided I wanted to do my own workouts and stopped using it. The Ifit software is terrible, slow, glitchy. I have to pretty much unplug and restart my treadmill every day to use it as it's locked up, won't change screens, etc. The treadmill hardware works well, it's the Ifit software and screen that are terrible. I planned to just let my 1 year Ifit subscription expire. I was just charged $40.76 by Ifit in Jan 2024 on my cr card. I did not sign up for a renewing subscription, just purchased the 1 year when I bought my treadmill. I've been on hold so far for 1/2 hour to try and resolve. Terrible software and customer service. I highly recommend against buying Ifit.iFIT

I purchased the Nordic Track T Series 10 Treadmill on 12/26/2024 (Order #NT13394451) with set up and installation for approximately $2,000. The equipment arrived 1/3/2024 and an iFit subscription was purchased, but set up and installation of the machine, despite payment, was not adequately completed by the service person and I was left to figure things out for myself. After the service person left, I spent 30 minutes trying to set up my mechine, but ended up having to call the Tech Support number for assistance. After holding for 30 minutes, I spent over 1.5 hour on the phone with a tech and the issue was not resolved; I could not log into iFit. After resetting the machine no less than 4 times, I asked to be transferred to return the machine. The Support Tech returns initially told me that I would be charged a restocking fee as well as a packing fee in the range of $400, until I advised her that the return was due to a defective machine. The support tech then attempted to assist with the correcting the issue and after approximately 45 minutes and receiving error code multiple times it was determned that the issue could not be resolved, because the circuit board was in fact defective and has to be replaced. In reading all of the other reviews, it appears that Nordic Track and iFit do not do a very good job of quality checking its electronics before sending their product out to unwitting consumers and in some cases may even charge consumers to return defective machines. As a former Florida Assistant Attorney General, this is the type of issue that I would have initiated an investigation to determine if it is a deceptive/unfair trade practice. I am supposed to receive a new circuit board in a week for the defective machine and my iFit subscription is being extended 3 months thanks to the Support Tech; however, this issue needs to be looked into. Also, my issue is not yet resolved and I may have to file a complaint if the replacement circuit board os defective.iFIT
