      I placed my order for a bike, got a call from the local delivery two days later to set up the delivery date, then got a call on the delivery day saying the bike never arrived. Three weeks have passed with no update on my bike so I decide to cancel the order. As I was going through the cancellation process, I noticed they are withholding $400 of my refund due to shipping and delivery purposes. If the bike isnt even in transit anywhere, why am I paying for it to be shipped and delivered? Each time I try to reach out to a agent via email, live chat, or call I either get no response or disconnected as soon as I ask the question. At one point I was transferred to four different people before I was disconnected. It should not be this big of a scam to cancel an order that isnt even in transit!

      IFIT, PROFORM, NORDIC TRACK BUYER BEWARE IFIT, PROFORM, NORDIC TRACK It has now been two months after white glove delivery of an IFIT proform machine. It was delivered wo parts kit so they could not put together. After numerous attempts the responses are all the same including this interesting one "Thank you for your patience as it may take a couple weeks to respond through our system at this time." This could have been resolved with a sending of the parts kit but no. To add insult to injury they just sent me a notice asking me to buy their extended warranty. They cannot provide a working machine but now they want me to buy an extended warranty. At this time, they have basically taken my money and delivered an unusable product. I suggest you look at all of ICON (now IFIT) product reviews before you buy. There are other choices out there that deliver a working product. SO, in conclusion buying an IFIT piece of equipment may be a roll of the dice, you may not get a working product, you may not be able to resolve, and their warranty may be no good.

      I purchased a Pro-HIIT from Pro-Form around April of last year and it came with a free one-year iFit membership. Of course, I took advantage of the freebie, but you have NO idea how much I regret it. First of all, if you're getting a free trial, they should not ask for a credit card. I provided the credit card because I wanted to try out the videos and their program. Here's the thing... the videos get boring after a few weeks. I used/watched their videos while using my machine for, maybe, 3-4 months and then the videos just got repetitive and I got bored of them. About two months ago, I remembered to cancel the membership because I knew my credit card was saved on their website. I logged on, cancelled membership, and removed all my credit card info, address, and phone number. Well, guess what? I was charged early this month. I have been trying to cancel the charge because I am just not interested. Well, the credit card company is having trouble reversing the charge and iFit keeps saying that my free membership ends today... every day since May 3rd. The membership is ridiculously expensive and right now I just cannot afford to pay for something that is useless to me. The machine from Pro-Form is awesome, I just don't need the videos... it's just not my thing. Now... if the membership was already charged, why does my profile continue saying that I have a free membership??? It. Does. Not. Add. UP! STAY AWAY!

      If I could literally give you 0 stars I would. They do a flip and switch on you. They have a completely different photo online than what they're actually giving out to their customers.. Is bought a power rack xl! For more than 600. They send me a different model of it! For about a week or longer have been give me the run around! I ordered the one on the site with all the bells and got one that was plain ****!!!! I am also writing this in hope there is a lawsuit where I can add my name!! Taking people money and not giving them what is Advertised on their site!!!

      I orderded a Nordic track treadmill on line May 6th, 2022. They say once your place your order the product it will ship in 3 to 5 business days. On May 9th, 2022 I tracked my item to see if it had shipped and it had notthe only tracking information available was that the order had been received. The item was not even showing that it was at the warehouse. I found the exact treadmill at Dicks Sporting goods store and it was available for self pick up that day. So I decide that since the order hadnt shipped yet that I would cancel the online order and speed up the process of me receiving it and go pick it up myself. I foolishly thought this would be a easy task. Very long painful story short. Spent 5 hrs and several disconnects after waiting over an 1 hr each time to even talk to a live person, once they discovered you wanted to cancel a order that hasnt even registered at the warehouse yet mysterious the call would drop and I would have to call back and wait forever for the same thing to happen gain and again. I was told I cannot cancel the order because the warehouse is unable to stop the shipment, even though it had not shipped out of the warehouse and had no other tracking information except that the order had been received. I was told I would have to wait until the warehouse processed the order before I can stop the shipment and at that point I would have to pay a $250 shipment feeSeriously!!! I have to pay a $250 return shipment fee when it has not even been shipped out of the warehouse. Even better I have to wait 30 days or more for a refund, minus the $250 return shipment fee for a treadmill that hasnt even been shipped out yet. They refused to simply cancel the order, they claim the only way they can communicate with the warehouse is via email and they cannot guarantee by the time the warehouse checks the email that they have not already shipped the product. Buyer bewareonce the get your money, which is immediately.your not getting it back.
