      I have the Nordic track bike and really hate the ifit program. I dont think it functions well and its slow and hard to find what youre looking for. Good to note that most of their rides are nature rides and I was hoping for more studio rides. When my subscription is up Im not reviewing it.

      There is nothing good I can say right now about iFit. I've been a member since the end of 2021 (their original plan for $144/yr). For quite some time now there is NOTHING new in the way of walking workouts on my treadmill. I get emails advertising "new" workouts, "new" series, "new" challenges, etc, but they consist entirely of walks I've already done, they're just lumped into a new title or series. So I'm stuck having to repeat, repeat, repeat the same workouts and be bored out of my mind. I just got off the phone with a representative who stated that no new workouts are being added to the "grandfathered" plan, only to the new Pro plan that costs $400/yr. Why are loyal customers being forced to pay $400/yr in order to receive new workouts (seems like shady business practices) (not doing it)...or be relegated to repeat the same workouts over and over? Even $144/yr is too much, in my opinion, to never have anything new. The best he could offer was $300 for the Pro....umm, no thanks, that's over twice what I'm already paying. Oh, and not to mention we recently bought a NordicTrack studio bike so I'm sure there won't be any new workouts there as well. So beware, there is no mention of any of this when you purchase their $2,000+ equipment.

      IFIT IS A SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE. I purchased a NordicTrak cycle from ******, signed up for the IFIT to try and get the bike working (didn't seem to work without it). The bike was broken so I cancelled the membership. Three months later there were still charges coming out of our account for $39 a month. I called IFIT and they refused to reverse these charges. The IFIT had never been used.

      I have not heard back from Nordic Track. No one has contacted me by email or phone. We ask that you refund the two months or charges for IFIT charges that are due to us. Please reach out to me directly or respond to this. We don't want to escalate this to small claims. Thank you.

      Ordered a new treadmill from ****** it got here and the screen does not display the full numbers. I have been trying to contact Nordic for 2 weeks now I have left multiple contact request Ive tried calling and their live chat system. They dont answer the calls, no response to the contact request, and the live chat line keeps resetting. Horrible or non existent customer support.

      I've owned my S22i stationary bike for three years and really enjoyed all of its features. Some of the "fit" adjustments like seat height and handlebar positions are not ideal for everyone, but that's to be expected of a one-size-fits-all machine. My concern now is the exorbitant pricing on their subscriptions. For console dedicated machines as mine happens to be, they've almost trippeled the cost!Seems like all these software support companies **** you in to using their products and then cut you off at the knees. Now you're at their mercy.From Amazon, Quicken, Ring, to *********, every year they find an excuse for the consumer to pay more. Millions in revenue is no longer enough, now it's billions. Where's our consumer rights?

      I havent been able to log in to my treadmill since December. Ive tried to call and email without any assistance. It took a month to get an emailed response and it is taking just as long for them to respond to my reply. Im paying a lot of money for a service that Im unable to use. Literally 1/4 of my yearly plan has passed without me being able to use it. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable

      These guys are an absolute joke. You buy their machines, and the customer support is horrible. The machine has a touchscreen which blew out after less than 10 times using it. Then they say since I did not buy the extended warranty they have to send a tech out and it costs $159, okay fine, no problem. But then they say there is NO tech in my area so they can't do anything and they recommend a local place to fix. Again, okay no problem, except there are no local places that work on iFit/Nordic Track machines in my area. Call back and they say they can send a tech out for $1000???? Are you joking me? And that's just to diagnose the issue. NEVER buy from these clowns. It is their job to offer support for their products. I'm filing a lawsuit against these guys.

      Their machines break down after a couple years and will not do anything to help you. I spent hours trouble shooting and their answer in the end was to replace the whole machine for $799.00 Overpriced short lived machines. I do not recommend buying from them.

      I bought a NordicTrack Commercial 1250 treadmill purchase made four months ago thru Best Buy. The treadmill was delivered broken, rendering it unusable. I immediately contacted customer service to address the issue. The customer service *** received has been nothing short of abysmal. I was sent defective parts as replacements. Despite the treadmill being under warranty, iFit/NordicTrack has failed to rectify the situation. My husband and I have almost injured ourselves on multiple different occasions in attempt to use the treadmill. Ive had the misfortune of having the same technician three different times, sent to "fix" the treadmill. Each visit has been a complete waste of time,The customer service provided by ********************** and ********************** has been nothing short of negligent. I have spent hours on the phone, each time speaking with different representatives who offer no assistance, provide conflicting information, and fail to take any responsibility. I have spoken to ***** ****** and ********* ****** to name of few of ***** customer service representatives. ***** even went so far as to promise that her supervisor **** ***** would call me back to help me with my complaints. I am still waiting on that call, its been over 4 weeks! On one occasion, I was even given unsafe advice, such as being told to walk towards the back of the treadmill. This advice not only makes no sense but is an unsafe practice that could result in injury.Despite the treadmill being purchased brand new from Best Buy, and under a 1-year warranty with NordicTrack and a 3-year warranty with Best Buy, I have been bounced between all three companies with no resolution. Each company seems to play the blame game, refusing to take ownership and offer a solution. I have been denied proper service and left with a broken, useless machine for the past four months.I have kept detailed records of all communications, including phone calls, emails, and technician visits.
