    CYB Dig withdrew 39.95 from my checking account without my authorization. I don't know what or who this company is affiliated with it. I want a full refund.

To help us further investigate this issue, can you please provide the customer’s first six and last four digits of the credit card that was charged.     This company charged $39.95 to my bank account and I truly have no idea who they are, what they are about and where they are located. I know nothing about the company or the charge. I see several of the same complaints on your website against this company..What is my next step to get the charge reversed. Also, how did they get my bank account information? Please help me..

    Digt-S.Com has been charging our credit card $39.95 a month since Nov.12,2021. we have no idea who they are or what they do and have been unable to reach any one. Thank You

    I just happened to have scrolled through my debit charges, and this company charged $39.95 to me. I've NEVER done business with these people, and I have NO IDEA who they are. I skimmed through something like 80 complaints on BBB and it seems they do this all the time. Almost every complaint was this same situation.

    I found two more of the same charges (3 total)

    I still have no idea who these people are. I need all of these charges refunded, not just the kne I caught today.

    On 7/10/22 I had a charge on my ******* card from digt S.pro for $39.95. I have no clue who this company is or why I am being charged. Tried to find company with the little info I have (the billing name) and can’t find anything.

    This company charged me 39.95 around July 2 and I’ve never heard of them nor authorized them to charge my card.

    We attempted to refund the transactions on the credit card in question but the customer's bank has declined the refund. We have blocked the associated credit card with the transactions to ensure no future charges occur and suggest having the customer contact their bank to resolve this issue.

    I wanted to watch a movie so I went threw this subscriber I choose to pay a 1.00 fee and did not check the extra fees of 39.95 they have taken it off my card account 3 different times as a result it also made a few of my bills not be paid I've tried to call and unsubscribe to no resolve also the total was over 226.56 with having to pay late fees as well plz help thank you I wish to receive my money back as well as unsubscribe from this site plz and thank you
