    I have been receiving erroneous charges of $39.95 weekly ever since I accidentally clicked one of their links in my cell phone. I immediately called my credit card company and stopped the payment. I continue getting their charges weekly and it forced me to cancel my previous credit card and got a new one. Now, I am getting weekly notice from my credit card company letting me know that they are rejecting this charge. While it causes me no monetary loss, the email is annoying. I think this company is a scam. Could you please tell them to stop charging me as I had never wanted and continue don't want whatever they are selling.

    On 09/01/2022 and 10/01/2022, charges were made to my account in the amount of $39.95. I didn't request service from this company or authorize any removal of funds.

    A company by the name CYB-DIG.Com has been taking money from my ********** account without my authorization. The amounts are as follows. July 15 2.63, July 20th 53.19, July 29th 6.54 August 28th 6.60, September 18th 54.49, September 6.81. Total 130.26. I have cancelled my credit card and reported the occurrences to the bank but would like retitution. I notice on your web site that this seems to be a current problem and you are aware of the company CYB-DIG.com

    I am getting an erroneous charge on my credit card from this company. On 9/14 I was charged $1.00 which my bank approved. On 9/19 I was charged $39.95 which my bank declined. The bank said I should change my credit card number but being 80 years old I would have to change all auto payments, etc. and I don’t want to do that if possible. I did not charge anything to this company. I see by my research that you have had many other complaints regarding the company that mirror my experience and that you have been able to rectify the problem. I am hoping you can do the same for me so that I can keep my credit card number and get back to normal with my banking arrangements. Thank you.

    I have been charged 39.95,4.95& 1.95 for the last few months several times on my debit card and I have not purchased anything. I would like to be refunded and my account to stope being debited for something I did not purchase.

    We attempted to refund the transactions on the credit card in question but the customer's bank has declined the refund. We have blocked the associated credit card with the transactions to ensure no future charges occur and suggest having the customer contact their bank to resolve this issue.

    Have no idea where these charges came from. Due to crazy business and depersonalization problems I was not checking my charges. I do not want to call and give them my new card # because I think they share with other scammers. Charges were March $1.95 and $39.95, April $4.95 and $39.95, May $4.95 and $39.95, May $4.95 and $39.95, June $4.95 and $39.95 and July $4.95 and $39.95. I cancelled the card number and got a new one. They owe me $175.00 if my math is ok.

    I have multiple debits on my account from digt-s.com that I never authorized extending back to 2021. I recently disputed all these charges with my bank in September but they can only reimburse me the past 60 days. I contacted the company and they said they only reimbursed me $130 out of $444 in debits. They claim they are a billing company for ********* but have no contact information for this ***** company, they cannot forward me to a supervisor or the company itself. It is my fault for not catching these chargers but I never authorized any of these and I don't think it is fair I am not being reimbursed my money that was taken without my permission. There are multiple complaints online about this company charging people without authorization. My bank gave me a provisional credit of the $444 and now have taken it back due to a majority of the charges being out of their 60 day window to report fraud. I have bank statements I can provide if needed.
