On 5/19/23 I noticed a charge for $39.95 from my bank account from *******.COM. I noticed one previously for $4.95 but it never went through. I called my bank and they cannot help until the charge goes through. I do not know who this is and have not made any online purchases, or any purchase for this amount. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. I have no receipt or invoice as I did not purchase or receive a product or service. The company attempted to charge my CC and would have if I’d not recently replaced it. I’m afraid they may try again.

Date this began 08/01/2021. DIGT-S.PRO billed me $1.95 to look up a phone number. After that they started charging me $39.95 and $4.95 per month from my credit union account in michigan. I moved to South Carolina and have not been monitoring this account until last month when I noticed that they have been charging me these two amounts each month since 08/01/2021. I have never used their service except for the phone number and cancelled their service after I got the number. They changed their company name to ************ on around 11/2022 or 12/2022. They already have numerous complaints against them and I feel that this is Fraud.Business Response

I am going through past bank statements on my credit card. I have been charged $1.95 on nov 18 2022. $39.95 on nov 24 2022. $4.95 on dec 2 2022. $4.95 on jan 1 2023. $4.95 on feb10 2023. $4.95 on mar 12 2023. For a total of $51.80. I have had a business deduct money out of my account every month that I neither recognize nor authorized to do this. I am not familiar or aware or any service I am being provided with for these monthly payments. Upon contacting my bank regarding the recurring monthly charges, they advised me to lodge a complaint with BBB as well, so here I am. I am uploading my bank statements that show the monthly deductions. Upon speaking with an agent at BBB, they provided me with the business name associated with the monthly charges in my account that I'm not familiar with nor do I recognize. I tried researching the company under the name provided to me by the BBB agent or by the name that appears on my statements and I could not locate any information on this business nor as to what services they provide/charge for. Business name as per BBB information provided: Daylite, Inc Address: 213 Beattie St, Simpsonville, SC 29681 Phone: (864) 757-4541 On my bank statements, the charge shows under " DIGT-S PRO ************ ** ******" Transaction dates and balances charged on my account are as follows: March 22, 2022 - $1.95 March 28, 2022 - $39.95 April 5, 2022 - $4.95 April 26, 2022 - $39.95 May 5, 2022 - $4.95 May 26, 2022 - $39.95 June 6, 2022 - $4.95 June 27, 2022 - $39.95 July 5, 2022 - $4.95 July 25, 2022 - $39.95 August 3, 2022 - $4.95 August 24, 2022 - $39.95 Grand total deducted: $266.40 I am concerned that my account is compromised and fraud has been committed.
