We just joined Paycom a few months ago and our implementation team was great. **** has been very helpful and assists/answers any questions that we have had. I've received great feedback from my employees that Paycom is easy to navigate.

We have been pleased with the implementation of Paycom. It is very user-friendly and has many great features. The implementation team has been great to work with and very responsive to any questions. Payroll is a breeze now and the employees are engaged by using the employee self-service portal to request time off, punch changes, tax updates, etc. The only problem so far has been that the billing doesn't match the proposal we were given. We are currently trying to work through this with the sales rep.Paycom Payroll, LLC

Just started using Paycom a few months ago, and we have been over the moon happy! Truly, the fun professionalism and care we have received has been over the top amazing! The platform is easy to use, easy to understand, and straight forward. We love it! Our employees love it! The Paycom team that has been assigned to us has been wonderful to talk with, very detailed in their training and teaching of the program, and has even helped us with some big transitions and training for our roles. I don't think we will ever look back, and I would recommend Paycom for everyone - small or big in company size!Paycom Payroll, LLC

We just started with Paycom January 2023. I have had other implementations that were complete disasters. I was very nervous but that was not my experience at all with Paycom. This implementation has been a dream. We have had no issues. My questions are answered very quickly and professionally. I am very happy with our decision to go with Paycom.Paycom Payroll, LLC

We have used Paycom for over 5 years now and I can't say enough good things about the service we have received. Sure there have been a few different representatives that have serviced our account, but each time the reps are responsive to our needs. They take the time to make sure it is right, and I think they do a great job of filling our needs. We have recently upgraded to add BETI to our payroll process and it cut my time spent on doing payroll down almost 2 hours. Now I get to refocus that time on other company needs. We just joined Paycom and our implementation team was great. We are having issues now with our current rep assigned as far as responsive team is concerned. I do feel the Paycom is easier to navigate for us as the employer and our staff. Our staff do need to get the hang of it but the manuals online do help. We recently switched to Paycom for all of our payroll and time tracking needs. Although we have had a few bumps on the road to getting everything organized and set up, their customer service and willingness to make things right has been wonderful. I just put Paycom in place for our HRIS/Payroll system 2 months ago. My Paycom implementation team was wonderful. They were knowledgeable, organized and responsive. They made me feel like my company was the only one that mattered. I was nervous to run our first payroll but it went very smoothly and we didn't have any issues. The Paycom system is easy to use on both the employer side and employee side. I really like how it holds employees accountable for entering their information. I aslo appreciate all the different products that Paycom has. We have HRIS, payroll, benefits and EDI files, ACA, ATS, PAF's and more that I'm not thinking about right now. We were with Paycom for 13 months. We had significant tax filing issues which took months to resolve. There was no urgency on their side to complete this.Our set up process was never fully completed. They would not allocate the time needed to finish the process.We had paid $1500 for a customized billing report which they did not work on. When we sent them our intent to terminate and our termination date, they then worked on our report (too late to be of any value to us, but I assume so we could not get a refund of the $1500).We transitioned at the end of November and began payroll with our new software in December. We filed our own government reports for workers comp and paid family leave for 4th quarter. We have requested the $61,000 for those tax withholdings held in escrow by Paycom to be returned to us. After 2.5 months, they still have not returned the money. We have retained a lawyer.We had 10 days to retrieve any information needed from their system. There were a couple of reports that we needed after that 10 day time frame. I asked them if they could provide us with those reports and was told we would need to pay $11,000 for 90 day extended access.This company has the worst customer service policies that I have ever encountered. I would not recommend Paycom to anyone.Paycom Payroll, LLC
