We've been customers of Paycom for six years. We have several entities and over 300 employees. Over the past two years we have seen numerous errors, high rate of turnover in customer service, and very slow effective response times. Current issues is with filing of w-2's. The wrong company EIN number was used and filed. We reported the error over 3 weeks ago and the issue is still not resolved. The error occurred due to someone at Paycom changing an EIN # while fixing a 401K file feed error. So the fix an error and create a new one. I would NOT recommend anyone to chose Paycom.

My employment has been using Paycom for 3 years. The app is very user friendly. I use the app to review my hours, request time off, view prior pay stubs, etc. It's great that I don't need to bother anyone in HR to find out how many vacation days I have left. I love working in the Paycom system. I have worked in a few others and this is by far the most user friendly and there are so many helpful tools and people if you don't know what you are doing. I had never ran payroll before and now I am and I feel comfortable with payroll which I never thought I would.Paycom Payroll, LLC

5 starsI have been using the Paycom app mostly on my phone. The app is easy to navigate. In particular, choosing and reviewing employee benefits is very simple with everything from health insurance to life insurance shown in an easy-to-read format. It's also simpler than my company's previous payroll app to request time off and see PTO availability.Review frombarb a

Paycom is so user friendly and has had many recent product updates that make our HR, payroll, and recruiting jobs much easier. After over a decade with another vendor, our company transitioned to Paycom because of the wide variety of products they offer and the ease of use. Everything about our transition was easy because of the dedicated team at Paycom. We are utilizing their payroll, human resources, benefits, time management, and talent management features. My staff is loving the ease of use and the single sign on to access all the features. My managers enjoy how effortless it is to navigate the portal for their team and their own needs. The customer service team is so responsive and willing to help. Plus, they have amazing training tools to help you familiarize yourself and support your organization's needs. Most HR/Payroll professionals will tell you that they hate moving their company's payroll - but this was the best decision and Paycom's staff has confirmed it was the right move to make.Paycom Payroll, LLC
