  Absolutely terrible customer service. Received a defective unit, company asked me to send back. Gave me a vague eta of next week on a Tuesday when I inquired what is being done and when I will receive a new unit back. Responded with more questions and they basically ghosted me. TERRIBLE business. Believe every negative review about them.

  Product stopped working after 2 weeks. The company acts like oh well your problem deal with it. I wish I wouldve checked the bbb rating before ordering.

  DO NOT USE! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am currently having issues with their product. When I tried to tell their customer service representative he told me that it was impossible that I was having issues because their products are "perfect." When I told him that I was having issues regardless and would like to return it, he told me to "take them to court." After this, I asked to speak with the representative's boss to which he told me "No." This is the worst company I have ever dealth with. Especially since their products are expensive and I spent over $500, I would expect better service.

  It might work but **************** is terrible. The product is far more complicated than they let on. And they dont have dealers or service shops to install it on the **********. I could get wireless CarPlay to work on my 2016 ***** Odyssey but then the phone doesnt work thru the car. Otherwise the phone works but no CarPlay Maps, never both. Might be a setting but the only way they will help me is if I pay for technical support above and beyond the purchase.

  I ordered a NavPro fro my Explorer. The box came and appeared MUCH more complicated than I was led to believe. There were no instructions. I tried to find an appropriate installation video on-line, but was unable to find the *********. The one I did find left out many details. Within one week of receiving the product and with the product still in the box, I called to get an RMA number. **************** is very poor and not helpful. They refused to give me an RMA. They DO NOT STAND behind their product. I will never use them again. I do not recommend them to anyone. This is a SCAM.

  I purchased Navtool 6.0 for a range rover. paid close to $600. Right away I fgelt something was wrong.No emails confirming my purchase. No invoice. nothing.Silence for one whole week.Tried to get someone on the phone. thats an impossibility. don't even try.you'll end up after many trials with someone over text messaging, responding to each message in an hour or more, sometimes never.Assuring you that everything will be ok.3 weeks later I have no product, no tracking, no invoice,m and just the charge on my credit card.Imagine trying to get any support if anything is wrong.this is a complete scam.Beware, no returns.. no support . thats if they send you the product in the first place.on their website the purchase will be listed as: $50 Gift Card + Free Wireless -NavTool 6.0 - NBT for RANGE ROVER 2010-2012 , includes a $50 dollar **** gift card from the original price of $599, includes free wireless Apple CarPlay and Android auto built-in.which means you have no rights to any returns.Again. I neve even received it.

  This business is excellent. I was given the NavTool at a very affordable price! The NavTool is by far one of the best things I have ever bought. It makes it so I can connect my iPhone to my old car. I was surprised I could even use it in my old car model. It works great with no issues at all.

  STAY FAR WAY FROM THIS COMPANY.......i just bought a apple car play for my 2014 ***** Pilot, This product doesnt work. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY. Horrible people to deal with, They will not help you at all, They just keep saying someone will get back to you, now calls no one emails. Great at taking your money that's about it. Great marketing best in the world, they should be shut down, i should of read the reviews before i ordered this juck product. So if you are lucky enough to read the reviews before hand do the right thing and stay away and save your hard earned money......
