    Worst bunch of theives and crooks ever. Support after purchase is practically non-existent. Can't typically get anyone on the phone more than 95% of the time and I did they were very rude and speak as if you're ignorant. Boasts a lot about being a USA company as if it's a badge they were or licensed permit to verbally abuse consumers of their products when asking for support. They also have a lot of hidden false advertisements and disclaimers on their page. The fact that "any" customer would come to ******************** to file any type of stellar review for this company is practically laughable and an obvious RED FLAG since the general consensus and use of BBB is always the opposite. Folks are driven to BBB to file complaints and bad reviews. NO ONE hardly ever comes to BBB to post 5 star reviews b/c honest well to do companies reputations speak for themselves.... so I suspect this is likely just another shady effort initiated by this company to post fraudulent 5 star reviews in attempt to offset the genuine bad customer experiences that REAL customers have had. Note all the 5 star reviews also flood in on practically the same day. They're not genuine customer reviews. This company presents the worst type of crooks doing business as a legitimate business with ZERO checks and balances for the consumers. A class action law suit should be initiated against them to stop them from taking revenue from customers, not supporting their products and the total dismissal of courtesy, respect and loyalty to the customer after purchase of their products.

    SOLD ME A INCORRECTED PRODUCT, CARPLAY FOR LEXUS, THEY NEW MISSING CABLE, MADE ME WAIT 2AND HALF MONTH, NO RESULT, REQUESTED TO RETURN IT FOR REUND. NOTHING YET NO REFUND !!!!! SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO A ****** ADRESS WHICH SAID NAVTOOL ************************************ RECEIVED BY *******.SIGN.NOW THRER SAYING WRONG ADRESS.ONE INDUSRIAL WAY NJ. STOLE MY MONEY. **************

    Not only do you get Apple Car Play on your dashboard, but you also get ease of control with a remote that attaches to your steering wheel! Very cool, and a lifesaver for those who struggle to keep their phones in their pocket.

    When I was first looking at the car play there were many competitors but this company stood out to me because there features and installment seemed easy to use and install. After buying the product, I was correct, it was too easy and one of my favorite aspects is the touch screen, feels like I'm using an ****** but it's my car!

    I like the Apple Car Play and I think it is very convenient for you to get. How Nav Tool said you can do a lot of things with it. For example, when you are going on a trip you can be doing multiple things at once like you can listen to music while looking at directions to go somewhere making a phone call, or even reading messages. I think this is a good feature for any type of vehicle.

    This is so futuristic and makes driving life way better. Apple you normally have longer Ads to showcase your products, this one was too short for me. I need to see more about the product, like show me the back of the product or the product in it's packaging so I will know what to look for when I go shopping in-store? Then click on all those icons and test them all, and lastly, show me how to install it in my car. The video was too fast and too furious.

    Great customer service and great product idea love the fact that they made it accessible to all because I have an older model car. I like that the interface is customizable and pairs to my iPhone I can see all my apps and have my maps accessible to me.

    The NavTool remote has really improved my driving experience. It has let me upgrade my car without spending a lot of money. Many of my friends have ********* already and now I do too.
