    I bought NAVTOOL for a ****** ***** ** **** to add the ******* and ******* ****. After installing it I had to call many times and spend hours on the phone to get support since the Reverse Camera was not working. They had cut wires, wired different ones, unwired those ones, wire back the ones they asked me to cut, they had me connect the interface to the laptop, download different and several programs, seems they are always guessing but they sell you the story they have millions sold and that they sell to *** manufacturers, obviously is not true, since they guess all the time. The interface has to be used with a Remote Control, your screen even being a touch screen will not work with the interface, all apps from ******* or ******* **** has to be ran from the Remote Control that has to sit in your cup holder. All phone calls and OK ****** or **** you need to have the Car in AUX in order to work. You can't have in regular FM radio or other, otherwise it won't work to make calls or ask ****** or siri. If you try to use your Steering Controls, they will not work, all must be done from the Remote Control . That remote is hard to use when you are driving, it is very distracting. You would be better getting those ******* Head Units that do it all without so many complications.

    I placed an order on December 31st for a CarPlay adapter for my 2010 Lexus RX350 and they told me it was on backorder for 12 weeks. It has now been 9 months! When I try and chat or call I get no response and now my order # no longer shows up. I either would like the product or a refund to my original form of payment.Please help.

    Purchased an interface a week ago. The car i was going to install it on was totaled in an accident. Navtool refuses to return a brand new unused product. They claim this is because they include a free wireless adapter. Beware. Do not do business with this company
