1 starDon't do business with this company, they are the worse. I ordered this was told that it was on way and would be to me by certain day. 2 weeks later nothing, I called to cancel this as i was told a lie. Well I received letters saying my account was past due. I called was told to send letter stating why I was cancelling and to send equipment back that I received, I sent back and also sent letter to have canceled. 1 starIf I could leave zero stars I would!!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, EVER!!! This company is by far THE WORST I have ever had to work with. We started a small business in 2022 which, due to unfortunate circumstances, we had to close fairly quickly because our truck had a major engine failure. We were given the run around at every attempt to contact customer service. We were given an account manager that NEVER contacted us. We sent back all the fleet products we got from them and are still being charged for them. We finally were able to get in touch with a manager after I demanded to speak with someone that very day. She was the one helpful person we spoke with who got our charges waived and our contract cancelled. It all seemed legit because we were even sent a DocuSign and email confirmation of charges being waived. Now, MONTHS later, we are started getting harassing calls for a $700 balance which we were told had been cancelled. I am trying to get in touch with management again and will not be transferred to anyone to speak with. The contact information for the helpful person we spoke with does not get me to her directly and I am told by every agent I speak with they cannot transfer me. I have just been given an empty promise that I will be contacted by management in ***** business hours. Sorry, we went down that road months ago when we were more trusting of this company. I am at my whit's end and am being threatened to have our charges turned over to collections, which will affect our credit score. Next step is a lawyer! 1 startengo desde diciembre 2022 tratando de solucionar un problema con ellos y no hay nadie capacitado para resolver, dicen que ******** va a llamar nadie regresa la llamada haci hasta hoy 5/30/23 volvi a llamar como cada semana y fue lo mismo, alguien te llamara, les hize ya varios pagos y dicen no se ve en mi computadora. yo les dijo quien los puede ver y me dicen el que que va a llamar ya haci han pasado 6 meses que he tratado de reolverlo y ***** estoy casada , desesperada por que me dijeron que me pueden llevar a colecction, ellos cerraron mi cuenta y ellos dicen que yo, no se a donde hablar o quien me puede ayudar con verizon connect, me tiene quitando mi tiempo desde hace 6 meses, hasta mi tranquilidad,. ojala nunca hubiesemos accptado su servicio, ojala la gente leea sus review para poder no caer con ellos, son un small bussines y creo por eso ellos me tratan como una tonta y me dice espere 24 a 48 horas que le llamen, y llamo y dicen es viernes ya no hay nadie, hasta la semana que viene... y haci :(Review fromCristine B

1 starI don't even want to leave 1 star, that is being too generous. No one at Verizon Connect is accountable to their customers, NONE! The devices took two of our fleet trucks out of service in September and October 2023. We incurred repairs to both trucks due to the malfunction. I tried canceling the account when this happened, my CSM would never return my calls. December 15, 2023 is the 1st call that I received about canceling from my CSM. I was told that the account would be canceled per my request and no early term fees would be incurred. I was told that by 2 separate individuals. They file case numbers and nobody follows up. I had two open cases at one time and called to check on them. CANCELED without contacting me or notification as to why. Cancellation of the cases was without my knowledge or consent. In January, we received our bill, after I had been assured by our CSM that the account was to be canceled. No cancellation and still being billed! Just received another bill today! I am contacting an attorney in reference to this and the days of business that I lost due to these devices taking down my fleet vehicles. Two of my trucks down, two trucks requiring repairs and two days of lost revenue. I am done spending hours away from my business begging Verizon to contact me or take care of this. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The absolute worst. Please do your research!!! Choose another company!!!! Verizon does not care about you as a customer or how the lack of their concern or follow-up affects you, your staff or your bottom line!Review fromRonette K

1 starI have the same unfortunate thing that has happened to all of the others. I only gave 1 start because I had to in order to post this review. We had GPS and Cameras installed in our fleet vehicles and a few months later due to equipment not working correctly, had them removed. We signed no contract but was told that it was a a month to month agreement. on 9/1/22 the equipment came out and was shipped back. The "subscription" was cancelled. Since then I have had 9 responses via email to **************************** Phone conversations have gone no better - several different people, several different "deals". I've been told that they'll discount our buyout for a contract that I supposedly signed to be in effect from March 2022 through May of ****. The final bill with buyout was over $4400.00! After getting nowhere again today I literally just told the guy that I was not paying any more money, I wanted the account zeroed out and closed. He apologized for my inconvenience and said he'd be happy to cancel our account and zero out our invoice. He didn't enjoy my anger I don't think but we'll see if I receive any more contact from them. I have a feeling I will still be getting collection notices from them.Review fromTammy H

1 starMy story is just like all the rest! Poor customer service. I have been attempting to cancel my account since August 2021 and I just received a call that my past due invoices would be turned over to collections. My "account manager" has been changed so many times and now to find out the most recent one does not work there anymore after he sent me a invoice for ******** to get out of my contract! I have received so many case numbers over the past year that I have a file with printed case information. I have threatened to hire an attorney but I am not sure at this point that it is even worth spending the money for that! After reading all of these reviews, I assume that many others are going through the same thing I am! 1 starTech support would not return calls, finally went back to our salesman ********************* and ended up getting in touch with ********************* Managing Partner North America SMB Inside Sales. She told ********************* to go ahead with canceling of our contract on January 27, 2023 and we are still being harassed about making payments to them.Review fromAngel E

1 starDoes anyone know somebody who can help us to *** this company? We have the same exact is***s as everyone else with Verizon Connect. They are charging us for a camera we never received everytime I call them they just keep transferring me. They keep creating cases and stating that someone is gonna call me back, I have been trying to cancel the service since June,2022. I got a bill for almost $4000 for a camera I never got and the service we never received from the camera. They have one of the worst customer service. They still robbing businesses without legal consequences. If you know someone who can help us, please advise us, we don't want companies like Verizon Connect to ruin our company record.Review fromBrian H

1 starWorst customer service. I have been trying to cancel a GPS tracking unit since July 2022. I never received the unit but keep being charged. I am also trying get refunded for the month they continue to charge me. Every time I call they say they will take care of it and will get back to me within 48 hours. 1 starWe sold our business and have been trying to cancel the service for over 2 months, all the while being charged for the service when we no longer own the vehicles. I have got the run around each phone call, empty promises and no help! They are requiring a cancelation fee that never changes in cost even though I have made 2 extra payments since I started this. **************** is terrible and it is ridiculous how difficult it is to stop a service on a product you no longer even own. Unless you plan on having this service forever stay away from Verizon!!! They are impossible to work with.
