      This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I cancelled our GPS Service back in July 2023 during our contract renewal. The reason I cancelled was due to customer service and our GPS units going in and out almost weekly. As of December 6, 2023, I am still getting Invoices and collection calls. They are now harassing me and causing me several hours of work. I have email documentation of my request. They have no explanation of why this is taking so long. As I am typing this I am seeing other companies having the same issue as I am. Verizon gives me the excuse that it is a process and it takes time for my requests to be made. My first request was July 5, 2023. It is simple to cancel a contract and close out an account. 5 months is ridiculous.

      We duly notified Verizon Reveal in a timely manner that we did not intend to renew the service contract for our company, well before the stipulated 90-day requirement. We received multiple acknowledgments from Verizon staff that they had received our non-renewal/termination notice. However, communication went from person to person without resolution. Despite our repeated attempts to resolve the issue through phone calls and emails, we were given the runaround. Often time the agents that we did talk to were dismissive and rude. We were surprised when Verizon Revel attempted to bill our corporate *********** card. Nevertheless, we provided *********** with the necessary documentation to support our claim of non-renewal, and the charge was reversed in our favor. Despite this, we are still receiving bills for an outstanding amount that we do not owe. We have meticulously documented every email communication that indicates that we do not have an account with ********************** Reveal. We firmly believe that these practices are unlawful. We are also concerned about how many other consumers are facing similar issues.

      This company a total rip-off my eld device hasn't worked in 5 months still being billed! I have at least 30 dispute cases open with them and getting nowhere! Trying to charge me a early cancelation fee $1,100 for faulty equipment that they installed that don't work! I've called every week for last 5 months hours and hours of my time wasted still dealing with same issue! STAY AWAY FROM THEM PERIOD

      There tracker didn't work on our equipment for 180 days. We have been canceling for 3 months. They are still taking monthly payments out of our account even though our account is closed. They takes weeks to get back to me on anything before they stop emailing me all together. The last email claims they sent a Docusign to finish everything but I never got one. So they just continue to pull money from our account.

      before sign contract, representative said months by months good. signed contact - was there for 3 years contract. We immediately called and said canceled contrast.(have email ). They said ok. no problem. After that we started to received bills , I called them so many time and explain- I don't/did't have service and equipment with you , why r u sending bills for me. Every time they verizon connect said- we will fix, do not worry. Two month ago I got letter from collection company- i have to pay almost $1800. Verizon connect provide my information to the collection company - that is illegal and I have for serviced that I did not have. Called them so many time-my problem is not fixed at this time (one time stayed on line 2.5 hours' and my called was not answered). I said also, will open claim. Nothing worked... THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE FACED WITH A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. I spend so many times / hours to solve problem that VC did in my life. BBB Please help me with my problem ...

      I signed up for their service, and they sent me the hardware, but it was too difficult to install. I contacted them and let them know that it was too hard for me to install. They created a case, and I returned the product and told them to cancel the service since I no longer have the hardware. This was back in February, and since then, they've been charging me. I've called them so many times, and they still haven't fixed my problem

      If I could leave a review of 0 I would. I had 5 vehicle trackers installed and 2 asset trackers were backordered so we canceled the asset trackers. For over 2 years they have been billing me for the asset trackers. Since we only pay monthly for the 5 vehicle trackers that were installed it, it makes it look like our account is past due. They continue to suspend our account. I have called, emailed multiple times. They have issued credit at one point to catch our account back up so our account wouldnt be suspended. We have had multple cases opened and nothing gets resolved and I continue to get a bill for the wrong amount. 2 YEARS this has been an issue. Oh, and I told them I wanted to cancel my whole service because their customer service ***** and this has been a huge headache and they told me I would have to pay a fee for getting out of contract. But yet they keep billing me for the wrong amount.

      They want a penalize me for canceling their service. A service that doesn't work. I have put money out of my pocket trying to fix the problem a few times. We have installed different equipment and it all fail. I have done my best to resolve I can get in trouble with DOT and lose my license my CDL because they cannot fix their equipment always failing I will be calling them from three or six times a month because the equipment don't work

      THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE FACED WITH A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!! I HAVE PAID FOR SERVICES FOR OVER TWO YEARS FOR EQUIPMENT THAT DOESN'T WORK!!! THIS COMPANY IS TURNING INTO A COMPLETE SCAM!! READ THE REVIEWS, WE ALL HAVE THE SAME EXACT COMPLAINTS!!!
