      This company is a complete scam. what are you even doing? What Im the we need consumer protection is going on here? Ridiculous!

      Can I give them a zero? Or maybe a negative 5? Can't really say the worse customer service as first you would have to be able to get someone to respond to you. We understand They may have been bought out by Service titan and things aren't going to get any better.

      I dont even want to give their customer service one star. We didnt have trouble with the service, but when trying to cancel service they said we didnt give them timely notice and they would charge us for another year. I sent them notice in July with repeated emails and no answer on their end. Our server ice was scheduled to renew in November, thus giving them a timely notice. When I finally contacted someone they would send me to someone else that was supposed to help resolve the problem. They have terrible customer service and now after emailing and saying the account was closed we received a statement from a collection company. Aggravating just slightly describes my feelings about their company.
