      Do not use this company. Wish I would have read these reviews before hand. Had the service three years. Started trying to cancel 4 months before my renewal. They finally start responding the last month saying I need to provide a 60 day notice. So instead of cancelling I’m renewed for another year. Said I need to pay $168 to cancel now. Complete fraud of a company. No direct line of communication. Not to mention the gps tracker didn’t alert half the time it was moved.

      **************** is a complete fraud. We cannot cancel this service due to being sent to several different departments, then disconnected. We have been attempting to cancel for about 3 months. My next step will be to cancel my debit card they have on file and fight the collection when it shows up in the mail. Stay away from this service !!!

      I have had nothing but issues with Verizon Connect since the beginning almost 3 years ago. I have been on auto payment since the beginning and my payment was 215.00.In October I received an invoice for ******* and I have been calling every two weeks since then to get some answers and they just gave me the run around. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's been a horrible experience especially after waiting on hold for long periods of time to only hear more incorrectly information.After numerous calls and emails someone calls me back today and said they forgot to charge me every month so I owe ******* extra for 3 years. I couldn't believe it and how is this even legal. I asked when my contract ends he said ********************* the contracts for a few more years unless I want to pay them back for the reminder of the contract along with the additional *******.DO NOT USE VERIZON CONNECT- scammers

      I have paid my contracts in full with the reciepts showing this. I was charged over $2000 in December so dating back to January 2020 up to current 12/2022. I have called customer service and spoke to 5 different people who ultimately transferred me to someone else this happened for over 66 minutes. No 1 person could explain or make sense of why I was charged these charges. This is fraud at its finest, with nobody to contact for an explanation. I also emailed my customer success manager who they say is the only person that can help me in the whole company? They also have not responded. How is this legal?

      I was on a 3 year contract with Verizon Reveal. Almost a year ago I contacted Verizon to cancel my account. We are suppose to deal with our account manager. Call after call I could not get a hold of this person to cancel my account. I ended up going through the customer service number. They tried and tried and they themselves couldn't reach said person. They then assigned my account to someone else. That person was also unreachable. They then decided to go ahead and get me cancelled because my persons were unreachable. I followed everything I was told in order to cancel this account. I was informed that the account would be cancelled and everything was good to go. I began receiving notices of nonpayment. I contacted them and they apologized, told me not to worry about it, it would be done. This went on for almost a YEAR!. I have been contacted by high level supervisors all apologizing to me for this not getting done. I was repeatedly told not to worry about. Almost a year later. I get contacted by *****************************, basically telling me that everything I have been told for the last year was wrong and that I owe over $2000. I have been very clear as to what I wanted. It is not my fault that Verizon did not take the time to set up their cancellation department correctly. I have done EVERYTHING I was told to do. I have been told not to pay the bill. I have been apologized to over and over again. ******* does not want Verizon to take any responsibility for what I have been going through for the last year. Her best offer was to take 20% off. She claims she cannot retrieve any calls from the other department that actually set the cancellation up. Or any calls where the upper-level managers apologized to me and told me not to pay the bill and they were going to get this account canceled. My account is till active and incurring fees. This is ridiculous.

      I wish we could give them a zero. Complete FRAUD!! This was the Email sent in April:Sent: Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 11:14:16 AM MDT Subject: Re: Written Request of NON -Renewal Acct ######In response. 1st, I have been a customer since ****** when the company was Fleetmatics. 2nd, I never signed up for an automatic renewal account. This is their response:To cancel your account, I will need a written notice from you. Please respond to the email with your formal cancellation notice (I would like to cancel my account). In this email, please include your name, business name, and reason for cancellation.Unfortunately, per your contract due to your equipment being installed, you will be subjected to an estimated early termination fee (ETF). This fee covers the remainder of your contract ($1013.33). So, since your contract isn't expected to end until 11/05/2022, you can either pay the estimated ETF or set your account to not-renew past this date. Setting your account to not renew will leave you responsible for your monthly bills of ****** and give you access to your equipment until 11/05/2022.Now we are in December of 2022 and they are still debiting our account and this is what they send us now:That non renewal email was sent to ************************* on April 6th 2022.       This company does not do what they say!!! They sent us the wrong equipment and when we go approved for 0 fee to return they harassed ** and threatened to turn us over. When I called to get someone to handle this I was hung up on after waiting 20+ minutes on hold. We had to dispute the charges of over $4k on our credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR FLEET CONNECTION!!! Horrible service.

      Clowns. Being charged for 4 trackers one of which I returned almost a year ago. Trackers dont work correctly. Air tags work better for far less with no monthly fee.

      The worst customer service! You get bounced around from one person to the next and no one knows what is going on with your account. The communication from them is horrible. We will be looking for something different.
