      I've not a good experience through the week I'm with boost mobile. They were very quick to get my account set and transfer my existing number, I've been promised the coverage off my area is perfect. So, guess why I'm writing this review?..) I was barely getting two bars. And today I decided to switch to att. I'm still staying on hold with customer service - almost 50 min. The problem is that the required account number for transferring my phone is 9 digits - this is what att takes, this is what's stated on ****** search if you want to double check the correctness of the information. Well, the representative is very inexperienced, he keeps me hold for all this time to connect with his supervisor repeating the same phrase: my supervisor is assisting other customers! Isn't it beautiful to waste my and att representative's time fora simple request to speak to a supervisor? Like, what kind of nationwide business it is that has just ONE supervisor constantly helping other customers while there are two people waiting on phone?This"business" is ridiculous. I do not recommend boost mobile to anyone unless they're desperate to save on monthly bill and have crappy service and connection.

      Horrible they said was a new home and is a lie they won't do nothing nor give me a new phone horrible this don't deserve not even one star changing my carrier

      Beyond shady business practices. Terrible customer service. Does not stand behind money back guarantee. Ill be canceling service promptly and will never use them again.

      The phone I am requesting unlock was activated a year ago, I upgraded my phone and they are having me wait 24hours for an unlock response that will take a lot more time from me. I hope they will make it easier in the near future.

      THIS IS THE MOST DESPICABLE FRAUDULENT,DIABOLICAL EXCUSE OF A CELLULAR UNPROVIDER,THAT IVE EVER DEALT WITH.YES I DID USE SOME OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE THATS NOT SUITABLE FOR MOST OF THE HUMAN RACE,BUT WERE VERY SUITABLE FOR EVERY LAST ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES,OR SO CALLED TEAM MEMBER OR DEPTS THAT THEY WERE GOOD AT PASSING ME TO..I COUNTED 7,AND AS GOD AS MY WITNESS I HAD TO START MY ENTIRE STORY TO ALL 7 OF THEM,THIS WENT ON FOR OVER 2 WEEKS,ALL OVER A $25 DOLLAR PLAN WHICH I BROUGHT MY OWN PHONE ,ALL THIS EXCUSE OF OF A CELLULAR UNPROVIDER DID WAS ISSUE ME A PHONE NUMBER THAT DIDNT WORK..THIS NIGHTMARE WAS LIKE THE TWIGHLIGHT ZONE,BEFORE MY HEAD EXPODES OFF MY SHOULDERS IM GOING TO WRAP UP THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..AFTER 2 WEEKS OF BEING SHUFFELED THROUGH 7 DEPTS AND 7 NEW BEGINNINGS OF MY NIGHTMARE MIGRAINE,THIS FRAUDULENT EXCUSE OF A CELLULAR UNPROVIDER TOLD ME THAT AND I QUOTE: *** YOU DONT QUALIFY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK,NOW SURELY YOU CAN SOMEWHAT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS 63YR. OLD TAX PAYING SENIOR US. CITIZEN USED THE LANGUAGE I DID...DO I REGRET IT..ABSOLUTELY NOT,IF I HAD A DO OVER..I WOULD ADD A FEW!! AND IM VERY SURE THERE ARE THOUSANDS MORE THAT WOULD DO EXACTLY THAT!! I HAVE TO SELECT A STAR RATING BELOW,IQT WOULD NOT LET ME LEAVE 0 STARS..SO I HAVE TO PICK ONE STAR, SO WHEN YOU SEE THAT ONE STAR AND HAVE READ THIS NIGHTMARE...ILL LEAVE THAT UP TO YOU.       boost mobile is such a horrible company. I have had other carriers and have switched and never had a problem, their service is bad, and had to change, this has been going on since August 29 I call them every day, They unlocked my phone and my husbands phone they won't unlock, every time I call the person gives me a different answer as to why my husbands phone can't be unlocked. The other day the person I talked to said it would be unlocked in an hour, that never happened. I cannot believe that a company can run on such lies. We are just begging for someone to unlock my husbands phone, I already filed a complaint with the ***. Just don't go with boost, I would rather go back to a land line, being 71 I just want something simple, Bad thing about all this no matter how much I complain , nobody really cares. ******

      I upgraded my phone through an email from Boost Mobile. I ordered a ******** G Stylus 2024 for $39.99 .. a special they had. After updating my address many times they still shipped it to the wrong address. After 8 phone calls to Boost customer care and them telling me to that I have to call *** with the tracking number and *** telling me Boost needs to call them because they are the shipper!!! They were able to return the phone back to Boost. So while I had the Boost agent on the line, she made a new order only this time instead of the total being $43.73 ... it shot up to $65.00 saying it was the tax that made it more expensive. Sorry, ****** may have high taxes but not that high!!! So I told the agent to cancel the order if they could not give me the phone for the price they charged me the first time. So I asked them to send me a new order for $43.73 like I was supposed to get in the first place. They are now telling me that I have to pay full price of $299.99. I will NEVER DEAL WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! Still waiting on my refund as well, I have since cancelled my account and went directly to Cricket and got the same phone for FREE, same price on my plan and got to keep my same number. So Boost you can go *@%^ yourselves and I am leaving bad reviews where ever I can, this is how mad I am. Don't shop at Boost Mobile. You will regret it!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND SO IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCEPT FOR A NICE GUY NAMED ***!

      Scam! I've been having issues with my phone delivery today 9/11/24. I called boost because according to *** the sender requested a return. They won't disclose why or even if I can reorder. They told me to go to the store to repurchase but no financing options was available at the store location. I was approved for financing twice. Which means they ran my credit twice (soft pull) now all of a sudden I'm denied with no explanation. Very unethical. I feel discriminated against. I needed my phone for work and now it's being denied and I'm out of $200 to go buy one for at least 10 days. I wouldn't have waited this long to be denied if they'd been accurate the first time. No I'm subject to loose my job due to no phone and I have to wait to get my money returned. I'm very upset.

      I have called customer service EVERY month the last 5 months to fix this issue, as recently as tonight. They tell me the same thing, give me a run around and say "oh we will fix it" and every month i get an email saying I owe them for something I never reciedved and never used. They have been told EVERY time they need to take this up with *** not me. I will be taking legal action. Worst customer service EVER!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!
