      I have had Boost mobile for years and havent had any problems, but for the last few months I cant make or receive calls from my home.I was told I needed to upgrade my phone and I purchased a new phone from them and still I dont have phone service from my home.I have called customer service and went through the trouble shooting process to no avail.I was told by one customer service agent the problem would be fixed in a few days,never happened.I was told I would receive a credit on my account that never happened either.All I want is a straightforward answer to my question when will this problem going to be fixed.

      I have been a customer with ********************** for ** years. For the last couple months they have been notifying me that my 3g/4g network would be shutting down. I understand that. I received many many text, voice messages, and every call I make redirected to a Boost rep. ***** with them at least 50 times. I explained I understood about the phone issues and I had a phone ordered but had not received it yet. At one point they transferred my to someone who said they took me out of the system to be notified, and they would no longer harass me. Well The call routing, text, & calls never stopped. By the time I received my phone I was done messing with Boost. I signed up with another carrier and requested my information from Boost to port out my number. I had 6 days left of service with Boost. The number would not port stayed in pending for 3 days with no service on my Boost phone. I was back and forth with Boost and my new carrier. My new carrier saying they were not receiving a response from Boost. Boost keep telling me it was fine on there end and it was issues with my new carrier. I canceled the port request and went with a 2nd carrier with 3 days left on my Boost account. 2nd carrier had same issues. I initiated a 3 way call with my new carrier and boost. Boost had said they would escalate the issue so did 5 other reps, my new carrier had as well. Boost said all info matched and was good and nothing they could do. I did not want to pay another 35 dollars to extend my service with boost to keep my number. But THEN Boost informed me that I COULD NOT make a payment to keep my service, and that I would need a new sim card, and I would have to sign up for 12 month plan for 45 dollars a month for 1 phone line. At 236pm today 05/07/2022 my service shuts off and I lose my number it is still pending on the port. request and unless I go to a boost store to get a sim and a year service my phone number will be gone. I know this is against the law but there is nothing I can do. Blackmail!!!

      Republic was great until late last year. My voicemail hasn't worked since then, they refuse to address it. My calls are frequently dropped, they won't address it. I'm trying to leave now that my annual contract is up and they refuse to release my phone number (which I've had for over 20 years). They told me if I cancel, I will lose my phone number forever. I demanded they release it, they said they would, and now are claiming it was never locked even though it's still not accessible. So they are effectively holding my cell service and phone number hostage. How do I get out with my number?? Go to Cricket for better prices, phones, and service.

      Went online to web site and chat support to see if there was coverage in my area. I was referred to their coverage map which was totally orange for miles around my area. Aka "Fair Coverage".... I get their phone and literally I have to drive 6 miles before I get coverage to make a phone call. After 4 calls to tech support, using a different phone; I am told I have poor coverage in my area. If you call not being able to complete a call at all and only randomly being able to get a text, poor coverage and fair coverage you are crazy. That is NO COVERAGE. Beware this company. Worst tech support ever. Obviously overseas somewhere and they don't care. This company is worse than a joke. 1 star because I can't seem to give them no stars. Now I am stuck with their phone that no one else deems compatible.
