      Scam! Waste of money! No information that is not easily accessible on ******* I want the second month off my credit card ASAP! I feel this is a scam! I called and was on hold for 12 minutes! Cancel ! I wrote2 x ..no response! The government needs to look into this business!

      I entered a foreign number on their website so they said they had a report on this number so I subscribed. They said the trial would be $4.99. So I press the button to get the information. That's when I learn they only do U.S. reports. The next day I find out they charged $34.84. I canceled right away before they ripped me off even more. This service was useless and very deceptive. At least my experience hopefully can prevent others from falling into this trap.

      These people are creeps. When you request to have your information deleted they only do "suppressions". Suppressions do not remove you from their database. It just makes it so that you do not show up in the search. They refuse to delete people. And this is endangering the lives of people who have been in domestic violence or stalking situations. This company is a danger to the safety of the public.

      THAT WAS 5 DAYS FREE SERVICE LIKE BACKGROUND RECORD SEARCH ? / NOT FREE I PAID FOR THEIR SERVICE. USED AT FIRST DAY 3 TIMES for my family members. AND FOUND USELESS RESULTS. AFTER 5 DAYS I CANCELLED FOR THAT REASON, RESULTS ARE USELESS. THIS IS A SCAM. The same day I cancelled They hit me on Full month Subscriptions. I cant believe it.       Had a $35 unauthorized charge from this company. Reported it to the company 2 weeks ago and still no response from them. There are many organizations that offer the same services, I would recommend any but this one.

      Attempting to employ this service ended up being the most-frustrating effort for me in months. Instead of my attempt resulting in a reasonable response time, I continued to get more and more request to sigup for more service than I ever intended. Probably worst of all is that I have yet to receive the information I intended to gather. Bottom line: I am very unhappy with my ill-conceived decision to subscribe to this service. To summarize, all I want now is my money back and to cancel the continuation of this so-calledservice.

      I think that intelius.com scams people out of money by ways of fraud! I could lay out the whole story but anyone who has tried this site knows exactly what im talking about. Ad say free, free, free, free! So you try it. Wait the 11 minutes while it is running non-existent searches. Then it says view report. So you click it and what does it say? YOU CANT LOOK AT IT unless you pay. Then for the kicker, they don't have ANY IMFORMATION on the number. There has to be a way to press charges and bring a law suit against this company.
