      I was on my free trial. With Intellus. I called them three times to tell them. I wanted to cancel during my free trial. Theyll tell you on the phone that its canceled. Theyll tell you will give you a confirmation email. But they wont. *** talked to them at least three times. Ridiculous. Then they try to sell you something that you dont want. They refused to send me a confirmation email. Only an email that wants me to review the company. Go with a different company. This place is ridiculous.

After further investigation, we have confirmed the account with Intelius was never established due to an unsuccessful payment. No monthly membership fees have been charged.       Several months ago, I began a reverse telephone number inquiry. By the time Intelius told me they had the information, I no longer needed it, so I didn't proceed further. Now, I receive reminders twice a day, every day, reminding me to agree to their terms so I can receive the information. I have sent them several messages via their messaging tool, asking them to cancel my request. All messages have indicated that they were successfully sent. However, they have never responded to my messages, indicating that they ignore messages that they receive. All I'm asking is that they stop sending me these twice-daily reminders. It has gone beyond annoying.

      Intelius is a scam. I did a reverse phone number look up, for which they say they will charge you $3.99, but they then enroll you in a monthly membership for $34.95.This is something I did not agree to and they use deceptive practices so that you don't know you are signing up for a membership.I've reached out to them via the email provided on their site demanding a refund, and they have not responded. These people are snakes, do not do business with them.

      Somebody tried to find me to send me some advertising they thought I needed. It ended up at an address I have never lived at. A relative was living there, but the house was not even in his name. I contacted the person who sent me the information, and he sent me the link: *********. They had me down for two addresses I have NEVER lived at. On the up-side, I'm glad that I'm so hard to find, even a people-finding company can't find me. :-D

      I used the trial offer and never was able to get the information so I canceled right away. Then I was charged full price. THIS COMPANY IS NO GOOD. Look for one that lives up to it promise.

      Mehh.Went through about 5 minutes of bait & switch with Intellus, looking for a phone number. Each time, they showed me a screen designed to entice me to enter more information -- that they had information on my scammer. I suspect this is to add to their own database. After several minutes and a credit card, I saw the fine print that I would be signing up for an expensive MONTHLY package, if I didn't opt out.I opted out, after Intellus had zero info on the number scamming me.Rating: Waste of time.

      I was trying to find out who kept calling me so I thought I would try Intelius. I gave them **** and **** because It said that a report on there for the phone number I was searching. When I went to open the report, nothing was there. Matter of fact, It wasn't only not there, there was a "problem loading". That was a week or so ago and it still isn't able to load. So , I emailed the center to let them know this and asked them to cancel and give me my money back (since it was not working). I have not heard one thing, until they charged me again. This time they charged *****. I am very unsatisfied. I mean if there is a glitch, then I shouldn't have to pay for anything. I just want all my money back.

      I have tried to use their site multiple times in the past (mostly by accident because you cant get around them when trying to find what of your own information is publicly available), and can safely say they are FRAUDS. In each instance, they PRETEND to gather information, when in fact, a quick look at their javascript shows they are using "setTimeout", in conjunction with artificial loading bars, to simply waste your time while they convince you that they have ever so much super secret info, that they can't in good conscious release it-- Unless you can verify your identity with a credit card.

      You copy and paste the same comment on EVERY review, and don't even bother to address the complain that your website's code is intentionally designed to deceive; you are not gathering info from hundreds of thousands of databases, you physically JUST have a wait timer going, which is designed to make the user sit there.

Additionally, I can see that you attempted to run a report on a phone number that did not produce a report for you. I attempted to research the phone number as well, and it appears that there is no report available for this number. There are a few reasons why the report may not be available. It may have been previously opted out or it may be a number that is not registered to anyone, such as a disposable burner phone. I also understand that you are having trouble logging into your account.
