I canceled my membership after agreeing to pay .95 For a 3 day free trial with the understanding that it would charge me if I DIDNT cancel before then. I did and now Im being charged ****. I am not a member and I didnt agree to have this charge. If yall are going to pull more money AFTER cancellation I think yall need to make it more apparent in your contract.

Hi Brooke,When a user activates their account, they must provide an electronic signature authorizing Intelius to charge their payment method as described, including for the automatic renewal of their membership. Our billing terms are conspicuously explained on our registration page and in our Terms of Use. Customers are sent a confirmation email for any orders placed on the site. After reviewing your account, I can see that the additional charge of $3.99 was for the *** service that we offer. This is a separate, one-time charge that you purchased on August 11, 2022.I can confirm that the subscription has been cancelled and no further charges will be incurred unless you make a purchase from within your account. Additionally, I have refunded the amount for the *** service back to your original payment option used to enroll. I got a **** for 30 days activated it on July 19 but I canceled it and I was still billed ***** dollars even after canceling it.! They charged me **** and then 4:25 on July 20 .!! And I canceled my subscription because I didnt need it and I was still billed even though I didnt authorize the payment .!! I have email them and still havent gotten a respond.Intelius.com

The site claims to provide free reverse phone look up but the look up is not free even for the most basic information. As no components of the results (even name) are free, they should not be able to claim that they provide a free reverse phone look up service.https://www.intelius.com/Intelius.com

The site is very deceiving. It offers a 14 day trial for 99 cents. I needed to check one phone number and that seemed reasonable. I got the information after paying and thought nothing more. What they do not say outright is that you've signed up for a monthly membership for $35 that you need to cancel to keep from being charged after ************************** the small print at the bottom of the invoice.Never againIntelius.com

Advertised in the ****** search as find people free once you click, add a name the search begin not only name now criminal, property, address, exc. Goes on do not use for any other reason, how much data is collected, in other words they hype you up to think youre getting all this information free and now. Then they hit you with get it now enter name email address then credit card info You get nothing without payment. They use several website names Very deceiving!
