      Been with them for 25 yrs and as of lately I am considering leaving. Telephone banking has been down for over a month, online banking almost never has my mortgage data. The local branch literally never answers the phone, and when you leave a message they email you. I am so sick of the lack of service and their inflated rates on everything. I am going to shop for alternatives *** *** **** *** **** after a quater of a century... and I know they don't care.

      I sent international mone draft from my CIBC account in bank on Burrard street, downtown and my request was done very successfully by professional agent. I am very grateful for his attention and kindness! I think his name is Joan.

      **** **** ******** ******** **** ****** Had a dispute with regards to access to over 250,000 ******** points. Several CIBC Cards and Aventura agents gave me incorrect information resulting in the loss of access to the points. When I escalated to a manager they listened to the calls and agreed I was given the wrong info and that they would bring the matter to the attention of the appropriate departments for additional training. BUT I should have known that the info I was given was incorrect so too bad so sad, you lose your points.

      Worst bank and customer service ever. I had was trying to use my CIBC ********** at a ***** station , they decided to block my card without notifying me on my cell or email. I had try to get a reason from them but customer service couldn’t provide me one as my whole account was locked. Very unusual for bank employee to not be able to access a costumer file. Supposedly, a manger should called me but it didn’t. I will cancel my card as I don’t need their (lack) services anymore.

      Hold for 3 hours and did not help anything!!! Worst customer service. They just wasting your time so they can get paid for nothing.

      Terrible bank. Got a usd bank draft to deposit in another usd account we have elsewhere. The bank draft was incorrect and rejected by the other bank. It has taken about three weeks to sort out and I’ll save you the long drawn out version, has cost us money. Staff including a general manager were rude, failed to meet deadlines, and made us feel unvalued as customers who have had a substantial amount of funds in the bank for years. Oh well, they’ll soon lose out. My wife retired soon at which point we’ll remove all our funds from cibc. We’ll use them as a matter of convenience until then. ** **** ***** ********* **** ** ********
