Tracking number shows "returned to warehouse". Their web site states they make multiple attempts at delivery but they didn't. This delivery address is a US *********** and it was open on the day they noted it was returned. No notification, no attempt to email or call. I've made multiple attempts to open a support ticket on their web site but just keep getting Failed Attempt Please Try Again messages. It will not open a ticket. Their web site doesn't even work! Hold times for calling is 20 minutes and I wait 45 minutes or longer and no one picks up!uniuni

While our policy is to make multiple delivery attempts, we recognize this location, being a **** facility, presents delivery limitations. UniUni does not deliver directly to post office counters or P.O. Boxes, which may have caused the parcel to be returned prematurely.
We also acknowledge the technical issues you've encountered when trying to submit a support ticket. This is not the experience we want for any customer. A senior agent is now assigned to your case and will reach out directly to assist you and help clarify next steps.

The ordering process on line should contain information that you do not deliver to post offices, their boxes or counters when ordering then. I would not have placed the order should you have had that on your web site. Or listed another street address to prevent this from happening. What a disappointment to order something and have the hassle of not getting the product due to a lack of information on your part.Review fromEmily Z

1 starI dont think this company actually exists. I ordered a package via **** & the seller shipped it via UniUni. Immediately, the tracking information was very weird. They also said they attempted to deliver the package but was unsuccessful. I have cameras at my house. There was no delivery attempt. I called UniUni & the customer service hung up on me. 1 starGod awful customer service, called them at 10 am right as they opened, been on hold for 25 minutes, the times randomly goes from 30 minutes to 10 to 35 to 16, they don't deliver, they 'attempt' delivery, then they send it back to the warehouse. If I could leave no stars I would!... Seriously.. I leave a ton of reviews to every company that I use.. I think of all the hundreds of reviews I've left maybe three or four might have been not that good but really I just want to say take this as the worst review ever of any company My package was supposed to be delivered I was told that that delivery attempt failed and they were unable to deliver my package I called immediately giving specific instructions letting them know where to leave my package and everything and I have cameras never did I see them attempt again like they said they were going to matter of fact never seen them even attempt the first time.. these people are bogus Make sure if you order anything that it is not going to be handed off to these guys if it is don't waste your time.uniuni

The WORST delivery company I have ever dealt with. They had two failed deliveries to my home, one with a phone call from the driver who did not speak or understand any English, so he couldn't understand when i asked him to leave the package. He hung up on me, and when I contacted UniUni, they said my package will be returned to its place of origin: *****. I see nothing but bad reviews about this horrible company, and I believe they deserve every single one of them.uniuni

My package got stolen and they were not willing to help me get a refund through the seller. Honestly they should be putting packages into a parcel locker if they are not willing to compromise on stolen packages. Its common sense. They do not care about customers at all. I absolutely would not recommend if you value you your money.uniuni

As a final-mile carrier, UniUni does not authorize refunds or replacements; those actions are handled directly through the seller. For stolen packages, customers must initiate a claim with the vendor to request a resolution.

The worst experience everrrr!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered, paid, driver took pictures of my package and it said delivered. The worst sh## is that I never got my package because the driver delivered it to the wrong address. I waited hours and hours to get in contact with customer support just for them to tell me to take a picture of my house to compare with the wrong address and then they told me I have to wait 48 hours for a response bull crap!!!!!! I'm not rich. And it's crazy I had to find the house on redfin to find houses in ******* that has the same address number. Too much for me in one day and it's like I'm at work , I can't leave so I have to wait. Will not be ordering from uni uni sh*tty place again. Their drivers are lazy and dumb asl.
