      Absolutely horrible. They don't answer, they hang up on you, and deliver 15 miles away. Two packages so far, never seen them!

      Title:Multiple Delivery Failures No Live Customer Support AvailableReview:I have experienced repeated delivery issues with UniUni over the past few months. Despite giving clear delivery instructions and providing a working phone number, UniUni continuously fails to deliver my packages correctly more than six times. Each time, I receive a "delivery issue" notification even though other courier companies (*****, ***, ****, ******) have no problems delivering to my address.Adding to the frustration, UniUni does not allow customers to speak with a live representative. Their customer support system is fully automated, creating endless loops with no actual resolution or human assistance.I have contacted the retailers involved, who are now aware of these problems. Unless UniUni addresses this situation, I will continue pursuing complaints through proper consumer channels.I do not recommend UniUni based on my experience.

      This company has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. They falsely claimed my package was undeliverable, and reaching someone on the phone was nearly impossible. A week later, the tracking showed it was out for delivery, yet it never arrived. They have a reputation for losing or possibly stealing packagesIve personally lost over 15 with them. Had I known their track record, I would have never used them.

      This delivery service is a scam and needs to be shutdown period. I had a package that said it was delivered but was delivered to some random apartment complex and not to the warehouse that was on the delivery address. I called the customer service number, no one answered. Waited for like 20 minutes, no one answered the phone. The driver took pictures of the delivery and was wearing a mask to hide his face so that there told me that this company was not legit. But I also blame ******* for this as well because that's who I ordered from and they used this company for the delivery.

      They lied about delivery attempts and were never seen on my property or security cameras. Then they said they had three failed attempts so they were sending my package back to my vendor. Come to find out that they "destroyed my package" as it could not be delivered..... This is after several phone calls and emails. Essentially they just stole my package.

      Uniuni is terrible!! Tracked package to ***************** on April 12th. Now the 22nd and still no package. I live 30 minutes away from *******. Waited on hold 35 minutes to speak to someone only to be told they're looking into it and if I don't receive it by the end of the week, contact them again. ********!

      my package hasn't been delivered for 2 days since its been out for delivery and the chatbot refuses to give me a eta.. also wont let me make a support ticket. don't know why temu works with you guys

      Will avoid using ANY company that uses this shipping company. They left all packages on the floor of the apartment complex mailbox located outdoors during the day where it could have been easily damaged or stolen. Addressed concerns through their website with tracking info and received a generic response saying it was delivered with photo. I can see from other reviews and replies to those responses that this company is ****, much like their delivery drivers and customer service. I feel bad for the customers who had their packages stolen or misdelivered but it's not hard to believe with this company. Zero accountability.

      The worst delivery company. I do not understand why our packages are trusted to be delivered by the company. They do not deliver to your home. They do not resolve open tickets. They leave you on hold then when they pick up they do not answer. Loud tv and people talking in the background. They intentionally ignore you . ******* do better use a reliable delivery company you get millions of dollars. Zero for reliability and customer service.

      I been waiting since April 14 it's been out for delivery you can't never talk to any one if you do it 2 minutes they say out for delivery this company is no good you pay for stuff but they can not deliver it to you.its the same thing every day this company need to be shut don't are something please help us
