1 starI have 2 packages that was supposedly an attempted delivery. Why would you deliever to an apartment complex at 9:30pm. Now my package has been out for delivery for 12 hours with no update. 1 starI am so upset with this delivery company. They said my package was delivered and sent me a picture of a package in the locker box but there are no packages in my locker box. I tried to call them, waited on the line for about 30 minutes and nobody picked up my phone call. I tried to sent messages to them but it was not helpful.Review fromAndrew B

1 starIf I could leave less than 1 star I would. I have had the same problem as the other reviewers. They cannot or will not deliver to my address. My package is coming to my office. There are 20 people in the office and packages move in and out all day from multiple delivery services. Why UniUni cannot seem to deliver my packages is a mystery. I called customer service, waited on line for half an hour. When they finally answered hey told me my package was back at the warehouse, then an hour later I get an email that it was out for delivery. The next day I get a tracking notification saying they had been at my office at 11:30 in the morning and could not deliver it. I counted 17 people in the office at that time, including the receptionist. They definitely did not attempt a delivery. So UniUni has had my package since April 4 and still has not delivered it. The company I ordered from was great and sent me a replacement. Unfortunately, it was sent using UniUni so I am unsure if it will get here. In the meantime I had made another purchase from the same company that was sent with UniUni making it a total of 3 packages that UniUni has not delivered. The last order is within the allotted delivery time so I can't say they have messed that one up yet. The company I bought from did not previously use UniUni and there was never a problem with delivery with my past orders. I contacted the seller and they noted my account to not use ******************** for any future orders I place with them. That makes me feel good in the long term but in the short term, What the heck is UniUni doing with my stuff?Review fromNoemi R

1 starThey keep saying "package undeliverable" but it was not true. I have cameras and their driver was never here other than one half-hearted attempt, in which he failed to follow delivery instructions. Contacting customer service is a nightmare and they were never helpful. Reached out to them more than 4 times and they never provided a resolution. I can't even reorder the items I had on that package. They take 0 accountability!Review fromMary A

This company is a scam. Their customer service isnt actually doing any service. The fact that I cant even go pick up my package, when its been sitting for almost 2 weeks in a warehouse down the street from me. I was expecting a bridesmaid dress, the failed delivery attempt threw everything off even though my address was RIGHT. I now wont have my dress in time for the wedding. And there was nothing they could do to escalate my delivery. Im almost 100% positive I will never see this package. Customer Support also hung up on me numerous times.uniuni

DO NOT USE UniUni.UniUni delivery is ridiculous. NO STAR FOR UniUni. This review system the lowest is 1 ******* package is local Vancouver tracking delivery (very simple delivery).Out delivery from 5th April. Tracking said " 24th April ******** attempted. We will try again in the next ***** hours". My house 24 hrs has people home. NO WAY UniUni had tried to deliver my package to my house on 24th April and No notice left to my *********** is 28th April 2025 I still not yet receive my package.UniUni support team is awful. They opened ticket and I was told to get refund from the sender. UniUni does not respond any of their own mistakes to the customers.Others' regular post mail packages without tracking features are much better than UniUni delivery because at least all packages can arrive our house.uniuni

Title:Multiple Delivery Failures No Live Customer Support AvailableReview:I have experienced repeated delivery issues with UniUni over the past few months. Despite giving clear delivery instructions and providing a working phone number, UniUni continuously fails to deliver my packages correctly more than six times. Each time, I receive a "delivery issue" notification even though other courier companies (*****, ***, ****, ******) have no problems delivering to my address.Adding to the frustration, UniUni does not allow customers to speak with a live representative. Their customer support system is fully automated, creating endless loops with no actual resolution or human assistance.I have contacted the retailers involved, who are now aware of these problems. Unless UniUni addresses this situation, I will continue pursuing complaints through proper consumer channels.I do not recommend UniUni based on my experience.uniuni
