      The flowers that I ordered were definitely not what was delivered. The bouquet was upgraded to a deluxe. The flowers that she got look thrown together and definitely NOT a deluxe bouquet. Also, she got 3 tiny balloons instead of 3 large helium balloons even after ******* (sales rep) guaranteed large helium balloons. I hope not to use Bloomex ever again.

      I would give 0 stars if possible. I placed an order a few days prior to delivery. On the date of delivery, I checked my account to make sure that it was being delivered. The status was refund pending. I received no email or notice that they cancelled my order! Upon trying to call for 35 minutes and being put in the queue then being hung up on because there were no agents available, I finally got through to a customer service agent who was not able to explain why I was being refunded and said that he would speak to his supervisor and call back or email within an hour. After the hour passed, I tried contacting them through chat and by phone for another 3.5 hours! Finally, the agent I spoke to said the notes on his file states that I requested the refund earlier and it was processed. I have never been so frustrated with a company! Their service and customer service is absolutely atrocious!

      I ordered flowers online on May7. I do realize I accepted the last minute delivery warning that the delivery would be May 8-10. I was just hoping for the best case the they would be delivered May 8, Mothers Day. Destination was *********, ******* I find out that the order went in to a ******* Florist, who placed it with *********, who does not work on Sat and Sun in this area. so the flowers sit one day then leave on May 9th from ******* to ******** ***. then delivery will be on May 10th. If they had placed the order with a ******** *** flower shop delivery would have been faster. but my main complaint is the Chat experience. I started a chat with Bloomex on May 8 and the agent said the order was out for delivery. I asked if they would be delivered today (May8) and they said yes. they just assumed ********* was working! which was not happening. I am chatting today May9 with an agent on Bloomex and they are just as oblivious.. I am just suggesting something to improve their business and how to avoid giving bad experience to customers, and after explaining everything the answer back was: "Do you want to place an order?" i gave up on them and admittedly I did agree to the May 8-10 delivery dates so my fault for not just contacting a local florist and put an order in directly. I won't be using the Bloomex service every again..

      I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day - Sunday, May 8th, which I had to pay extra ($19.99 instead of standard $14.99) which is fine. However, I found out that they only deliver to my moms location between Tuesday and Friday, I was never informed about this between the time my purchase was confirmed and when they delivered it. They went ahead and delivered it on the Friday without asking me beforehand if that's what I wanted.When it came, the flowers looked dreadful, They blamed on stock fluctuation, which I can understand to a degree, but I wish I could post photos because it wasn't even close to the photo advertised. It was supposed to be a lush bouquet of lavender, geraniums and other pretty looking purple flowers with pops of white roses. What was received was 8 sad white roses and maybe 1 or 2 purple flowers I can't identify that have yet to bloom. I paid for the "deluxe" bouquet too.When I emailed them with my complaints they offered me a $20 store credit, as if that was enough to keep my business. I don't normally post such negative reviews but this was such a negative experience. There are other online floral companies that I think your money could go farther with.

      Thee worst company to use. I ordered and paid for Yellow Roses and they sent completely different flowers. They were unprofessional and did not even give me a courtesy call or email stating there were no availability for the flower arrangement I purchased, then to top it off they didnt have my card with the flowers. I made a complaint and all they offered was a $20 store credit, of which will never be used because I will NEVER order from them again. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY and do not go through Bloomex! This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They sell you all the arrangements on their site knowing very well that is NOT what youll get! Theyre a ****!!!

      Unbelievable! We ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day and they didn't arrive. Constantly under status says "In Transit". Telephoned company and got recording saying to wait then phone hung up. Went on-line to speak to a "live" customer service representative. Advised to give the rep a moment to look into situation. Fifty minutes later still holding. Asked if person still there, no answer. Terrible service and no customer service whatsoever.

      Worst incompetent company I've ever experienced in my life. The day of my delivery I received an outrageous email stating the recipients address couldn't be found but If I typed it in on ****** it was found just fine. I can not get through over the phone to any customer support for a refund, nor is my order being delivered. This has been the worst experience imaginable, especially considering I tried to cancel to use a better company instead and was forced to proceed with Bloomex so they could sabotage this special event. I wanted to cancel my order and qas not able to. Disgusting experience.

      This is a terrible company to deal with. Horrible customer service, no empathy for individuals or any circumstances they are going through. Rude agents on the phone and they hang up on you or put you through to their priority line only to be on hold for another 10 minutes and then the line goes dead because they are too busy. They also say they are going to deal with an issue and they dont. Do not bother getting flowers or anything from this company. Go to (or call if out of town) a local florist who actually cares about you and will help you with your ideas, needs and concerns. If I oils rate this company a ZERO star, I would. Horrible experience with them and I will never use them again.

      Scammers! I was trying to order flowers online, but mid-way through, changed my mind, as i was having problems with the website. When I started to chat with the live-chat customer service help, I told them I wanted to cancel the order but I couldn't... there was no way to go back and change any information, and they already had my credit card information. I asked repeatedly to cancel the order adn told them explicitly, I do not want the flowers and I do not want to do business with this company. They refused to cancel it and charged my card, saying "we cannot cancel due to Mother's day rush". They have charged my card even though I have explicitly said (four times, in writing) "Cancel the order". I have reported the fraud to my bank and am waiting for a reversal of charges. Stay FAR AWAY from this scam company.
