      I started ordering flowers for Mothers Day, the site frozen after entering my payment (before the shipping address) and the help online told me to refresh to which the order was gone. Than two days later I was called that I had been charged without having a delivery address. When I contacted them (as I had never confirmed the order) they told me there was no choice of a refund as it had gone through. I was forced to add an address or lose my money. I added an address and my mother ended up with two sets of flowers. Avoid using this company they are in no way customer based and their tech failing can be used against you the customer.

      Amazing service! My aunt was pleasantly surprised with beautiful tulips, cake and balloons. Everything looked perfect (as advertised). Gifts were delivered in a timely and positive manner. Thank you so much!
