      I placed an order for a sympathy bouquet to arrive at a friend's house the day before a funeral. I paid for this service and the bouquet. It was to be deliver the next day. The next day i saw the bouquet was still "in packaging" and i called the company to ask why these had not been delivered. I explained that the family would be away the next day to attend the funeral in another town and that they needed to reach them yesterday. I was assured that these were on the way to the family. Today (the family has now left for the service) i checked again to be sure these shipped only to find that the order showed "in packaging" I called again and explained that I hoped the order had just not been updated as the family was gone from the house for the next four days and i paid for these to reach there yesterday and delivery today would mean dead flowers on a doorstep in four days. I was then told that these would get there today from the customer service who did not listen to a word I said when I reiterated this would not work as iI had paid for next day delivery and that I had now explained several times that no one was at the home and that i did not want delivery today. She told me that they do not do refunds but would deliver today???? After demanding several times to speak with a manger I was told someone would call me later.....are you kidding...I will now have to have my bank fight the charge,

      I ordered flowers from Bloomex for Mother's Day My 6/2022 and to be delivered on May 8/2022, My mom finally got them yesterday, however she had to go pick them up I have been phoning and emailing regarding this matter since May 8/2022, asked to speak with a manager got told that is not possible> The flowers my mom received were not fresh flowers, the roses have ***** on them peddles falling off as well as leafs falling off. They say to put packet food to put into the water, didn't receive either. Asked for new flowers to be sent or I want a refund. People expect to get what they ordered.This is a terrible company to deal with, WILL NOT DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.....*****

      If I could give no stars I would. I believe this to be a scam! I paid extra for a morning delivery on Mothers Day flowers. They never arrived. I contacted customer service who replied and said they will look into it. They delivered a different bouquet four days later and said there was nothing they could do about the late delivery, fees or a refund since they had delivered one now. They refused to acknowledge the extra fees I paid for a service that was never provided. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, rude and did not accept responsibility for their errors. It appears they tried to deceive me during several responses provided despite evidence(emails and their website information) which contradicts their replies. At least they responded- which could earn them the one star I guess. I told them I would not be doing business with them again and was offered a store credit? I have never until now actually taken the time to write a review of service. Other people seem to have had good service. For me - Worst online shopping. experience and customer service response Ive ever had.

      Bloomex.ca is horrible. Ive made aprox 10 different orders. Last yr for a birthday sent my sister a flower set and a plantplant did not arrive time I found out apparently it was too late to do anything about it, The flowers were ***** at the edges, & included ***** bear, bear was white and extremely dirty. Next set of flowers for moms b-day was not good quality either as you could barley move the flowers without all the petals falling off. A plant set with 4 mini plants were delivered all upside down in box, and all was ruined:(, The latest was recently for MomsDay.. I sent my mom,MIL & 2 sisters flowers! My mothers flowers were browned edges, and the white roses looked grey, the red ones had browned edges, my sisters were tulips and they were all curved down / not standing up straight ( they looked sad) was told by bloomex that I should of wrapped in wet newspaper and put them in a dark room for a night??? I havent heard from my in law to see how hers were ( she lives out west) When I ordered the Mothers Day flowers I PAID EXTRA for each set to have them delivered on the weekend on Moms Day Sunday! All were delivered on the Friday! My other sister didnt even get her box as she was away until the Sunday so those sat on her deck in the box for two days! Needless to say they were pretty much garbage!!! There was a reason why I paid bloomex extra to get them delivered on the weekend!! When I contacted bloomex and explained everything that went wrong and the problem with the previous order ( even had pics of all ) They just said sorry but the cant do anything about previous order and for this order the just gave excuses on how busy it was so had to be ******* *** should of put tulips in a dark room etc, etc as if Im so post to know that?? Would not offer a refund/discount on anything , not even return my $$ for paying to get flowers on the Sunday. After 3red email trying to get a refund I gave up and came and started a review here for Bloomex! Bloomex Horribl

      I ordered same day flower delivery to my aunt who lives overseas and am very happy with my service. The roses are beautiful, the delivery was on time, and the prices were great!

      Don't buy from bloomex.com. The flower arrangements they show on their website are not even close to what the recipient gets. I spent $70 on a Mother's Day bouquet and chocolates, and the bouquet was sparse, only white (supposed to be multicoloured), some of the few flowers were broken and the chocolates weren't even delivered, neither was the card. When approached all they could offer was an in store credit, which is useless since I'll never use them again.Please don't give your money ** ***** *******.

      My daughter ordered a flowers for mothers day. The order was not delivered. Bloomex customer service is terrible, works only to place order and pay, but never delivered. impossible to reach customer service by phone, live chat doesn't work. My advice for the future customers:AVOID!!! To Bloomex: you ruined my Mothers day.
