I purchased X10 All-Terrain Hoverboard - Chameleon Chrome on 12/25/24 for my daughters birthday. I reached out to them on ******* to let them know it was no longer charging. The light stays green on the charger but when you turn it on, it makes a beeping noise & flashing red meaning low battery. I was told via email to send it in at my expense in the original box and they would warranty it. When I asked if I could pay for a box to be sent for me to send it back since the original box got wet and was thrown away, I have received no response. Hoverboard purchased as a Christmas present. Hoverboard was defective out of the box. I returned the hoverboard to be replaced or fixed. The exact hoverboard was sent back and the same problem noted. I could not resolve the issue, possible calibration issue with the Hoverboard. I tried to contact the business numerous times for a replacement or a refund with returned defective product. The business never responded to my request. The Live Chat function on the website is not operational. There is no phone number listed on the website. I found a phone number online that appears to be associated with the business, but no one answers and I have never received a call back. I just want to send the item back for a refund or a replacement of a new/working Hoverboard.Initial Complaint

Was told same day shipping. After several days with no email or notification that it shipped I did a live chat to be told that it was on back order. By then my grandsons birthday had passed. I ask for a refund and got an email that it had been refunded. Still to this day, no refund and no product. I guess my next step is to dispute it with my credit card company. I have been trying to get a hold of someone on live chat daily. I have also emailed daily with no response. All I get is no one is available. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever dealt with. Worst customer service EVER.Initial Complaint

On 9/17/2024 I purchased an HTX hoverboard with a low profile kart for in the amount of ****** The kart and hoverboard were both delivered on 9/18/2024 Upon opening the kart, we discovered it was not the kart that was pictured on the website.Then upon opening the box for the hoverboard, it came with a manual for a model Z13 and not the HTX.Upon looking at everything, there were no brand names on either the boxes, items, or manuals. After doing searches online for the items we got, they are sold under various names and businesses. Their website specifically states that they are their own brand and they do not sell knock-off brands. After trying to reach out to them, there is no number listed on the website, their live chat is not connected to a service and 3 emails. They finally got back to me and stated they would send me a return label for the board, but not the kart because there was nothing wrong with it. I replied that the kart is not the model or same type of chart we bought. They told me I had to return it to their claims department on my own dime in 15 days or they will send to collections. (Which makes no sense, cause I want a refund)They sell off brands and do not offer what they list on their websiteInitial Complaint

I ordered a hovercart May 1st for my granddaughters bday. I received with missing parts for the cart and the hoverboard did not work after being charged. It's impossible to reach the company by phone and takes them several days to reply to emails if they reply at all. They sent me the missing parts, but made me send back original hoverboard before they would send me another one. The defective hoverboard was delivered to them on May 28th. I was supposed to receive a new one within 2 days, it is now June 12 and I still do not have another one. Each time they email me back I get the run around. They claim they shipped it, but there is still no tracking info. And myself and my granddaughter are very upset.Initial Complaint

We purchased a hoverboard and go-cart kit from hoverboard.com. The sensor went out and we sent it under the warranty. They have not sent a board back. They gave me a tracking number but the shipment was never sent. They will not take phone calls and are not responding to emails. I have tried several times and do not get a response. Bought hoverboard as Christmas gift and it did not work. Returned and have been waiting over 60 days with no resolution. Seems like a common problem based on looking at other complaints
