    A1 interlock has time and time again charged me more than i was told to the tune of well over $3,000 the last straw was today with my fiance had to pay for a remote Uplink to start my car was the issue underlying it was the message was it my car died three days ago to do a low power my battery died I didn't find out the next morning but this time my interlock device was flashing at me they gave me three days and then they locked me up they forced me to pay $110.15 on the phone to get a remote unlock the agreement the day told us what they agreed on was ***** yet they charged my fiance's card another $190 and at this moment are trying to charge another $400 this is something they've done to me continuously since I've had them and this is I've had enough of it not only do I want to file a complaint I want to See them put out of business. A1 interlock has repeatedly lied to me taking money out of my account and they weren't authorized money I didn't know what's going on and make money and I didn't even know I owed analogy for to do this to my fiance's account I'll cut you off so I can take $110.57 only know this needs to stop whatever I need to do you want to file a class action lawsuit against company

    I was court ordered to have IID installed and checked with DMV to find a company. A1 Interlock I chose because they didn’t charge for the installation and was only 49.00 monthly. I’ve had this company nearly a month and a half. They don’t tell you nothing about what would set it off or malfunction. I’ve found out myself, toothpaste mouthwash, vanilla, cinnamon, spicy foods, air fresheners. Hand sanitizer, perfume and a number of ordinary items used daily is bad for this device. They charge for the errors but they still appear as you have been drinking. I haven’t drank since last year!! However, this company charges you for all kinds of stuff, false readings and if you don’t have the money they will keep your vehicle which hadn’t happened to me but I’ve been told. The customers have become cash cows for them. They are a one star company and they need to be reported. Also I was charged 250.00 after about three weeks after just getting it put in. The price the day before was one hundred and about forty dollars. My appt was at 1:00 I arrived at 1:17. They charged me 25.00 for a no show which I’m sitting g in their lobby and addition 27.00 for same day service. They say they have spots every 15 minutes I was there for about 45 min to hour not one person came there!! I believe this 250.00 was actually stolen from me. When you first come there they give you nothing but a sheet of paper with nothing but fee charges on it. I also have asthma and use an inhaler, that too is not allowed , so a few times I have been short of breath and couldn’t blow as hard as I was supposed to, I guess they charge you for that too. This company is a thief. I’m retired I can’t afford these bogus charges and a company taking advantage of people. Also, they state in their advertising that it’s 49.00 a month. They took about 71.00 from my account. I don’t know what to do but I’ll be reporting also to DMV and whomever else That will do something. Not a nice company at all. They are crooks
