I was a bit skeptical after doing the due diligence prior to ordering but when I found that DTT had done an upgrade on their customer service I figured I would give them a try. I received my order a few days later and found that 2 items I ordered were not as described. I let them know of the problem and they made the corrections immediately with no hassle. DTT has made a believer out of me. I would say give them a try, They provided perfect service and they offer good products at reasonable prices.

This company his gone out of the there way to help me with a problem I had with a product they sold. Plus refund me even when it wasn't on them. I highly respect this company and they will always have my business.DeltaTeamTactical.com

Absolutely awesome service! Ive been reading bad reviews about these guys and their shipping times, or customer service, and other negative statements. Im here to debunk any and all doubts about these guys..YES THEY ARE A REAL COMPANY..THEIR SHIPPING TIMES ARE BLAZING FAST CONSIDERING THEY SHIP USING REGULAR **** MAIL..THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FANTASTIC (Ive stuck to emailing ****, whos helped me from day one, and whos helped answer my questions on multiple occasions. Not to mention he replies **** near instantly! I dont mind waiting a day for an answer to my questions, as long as I know itll be straight to the point and helpful, and with **** it absolutely is EVERY time!)..AND NO IVE NEVER HAD THE WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED OR ANY MISSING ITEMS!!!!!!!!! Bottom line is this: if youre looking for a reliable supplier of parts, who wont mess your order up, not to mention who has very affordable prices, and who ships in a timely manner, these guys are who you want to do business with!!!!!!!!!!! Great company, even better service. I have had a large and confusing order get a little Fowled up and as soon as I contacted DTT they started setting things right, and sent me an individual representatives to debunk the situation. Long story short, they always make right of any mistakes even if they are kinda your fault. Keri * at customer service for ********************** is a fine representative for this company.
