    Ordered an assembled upper on 12/29/23. No response to multiple inquiries about order status. Been sitting on hold for about 10 minutes after 3 inquiries through their website help desk. I'm giving them until the end of this week then disputing the charge with AMEX to get my money back. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. Gonna be hard to recover from this breach of trust.

    **************** is nonexistent, and excuses only go so far, all you need to know about this company is in their responses (excuses) below. I ordered a needed part, currently on week 2 of zero response and no part, at what point is this company just forced to close shop ??hey Delta, I'll save you the response and paste it for you ....We apologize for the inconvenience, due to higher than normal order volumes we have gotten behind on customer service emails and shipping times. We have received your ticket and responded accordingly to your request. We appreciate any feedback and strive to provide quality service to our customers.

    We do apologize for the delay in the response time on our end.  It looks like we shipped your order the day after it was received into our system. Our system does send automated emails as soon as it ships, which will include the tracking information. We have noticed that a lot of times they end up going to spam folders.     Do not buy anything requiring an FFL. Almost a month out and still no verification or shipping date. They responded to a email 6 days later. Still waiting on a follow up contact about an item that went on sale the day after I purchased it, and said back in stock. So they must have sold out and still took my money no problem. Im sure they wont honor the sale price (probably why they wont respond to my last email). Do yourself a favor and spend the extra couple bucks and buy from a reputable dealer.

According to our records we were having a hard time receiving paperwork from the *** that was selected. Once we got that paperwork we were able to ship everything within our allotted shipping time.     Email blast scam. You can't unsubscribe, and you have to come to BBB to even find the phone number to unsubscribe. It is also very clearly 1 company selling the same stuff through 3 different brands. ****************, Delta Team Tactical, and Omega Manufacuring. Also selling lots of things from ***** being resold as made in *******.

    We do house several sister brands under our roof, but Delta Team Tactical is its own company and brand. We do provide many options from many different brands and suppliers when it comes to our product. Our products range from being more budget friendly to high end depending on what our customers prefer to order.

    Was trying to order 10 pens and notice when I complied the order it was for only one pen with about 10 shipping. I sent an email and made phone calls right away with no response. ****** got a hold of them and told me they could not change order only cancel it with a restocking and credit card fee. What a huge disappointment. I have ordered other times. But will never do business with them again. Do not recommend

    I too have been trying to get in touch with them about a lower receiver I purchased on 12/19/23. I did finally talk to someone a couple of weeks ago about my FFL dealer and was told the updated info would be sent to the ********* Promises of better customer service has not panned out, and orders should be going out the door. Excuses do not get customers goods shipped! I ordered a lower before in September and the service was great. What happened, other than a ton of orders? If you need extra help, then hire some.

In addition, FFL orders take longer to process, as we have to contact and verify FFL information before shipping out those order.     Just like every other review, they are absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. I order a ********* upper build kit. Waited 2 weeks with no tracking information then after receiving my order I realized they didn't send all my parts. I've been emailing them multiple times to get my barrel but just like everyone else they don't respond. If it's going to be this hard to respond to unsatisfied customers, they shouldn't be advertising sales nor accepting future orders. I definitely would not be purchasing anything else from them, nor will I suggest them to anyone else.

    I sent an email to warranty a part (within the 48 hour of receiving window they require) in this email I included clear detail, order number, as well as pictures. A few days later **** A sent an email asking for exactly what I already sent? So I once again sent pictures, order number, clear description as seen in photos. Weeks pass by and still no response so I sent another email asking them to at least respond telling me that wont honor their warranty kick rocks basically. Weeks later, still nothing. Very disappointed. I now have to tell all the people Ive recommended this site to not to purchase from here any longer.
