      I pd to have a swarm of bees above my door sprayed and killed well they came and sprayed the guy told me that should do it but yet the company thinks I shouldve kept on paying 100 and some dollars a month for three months well as of today the bees are swarming above my door again

      Had mice and bugs due to half our deck being demo'd. They assured us they could take care of the problem. 10 months later and about $700 later, I still have bugs and mice. When I called to tell them that I don't want the last quarterly service and to let my contract expire, they told me that would cost me an additional $150. I do not want their spray on my property anymore and they are FORCING me to accept it, otherwise they will charge me a cancellation fee. I do not recommend this service for two reasons. It does not work and the customer service is atrocious. The people are nice, but they must have antiquated systems and ownership.

      First I hate companies that send salespeople out door to door. It was a horrible time for us. I attempted to be kind and let the salesman know. He still continued his sales pitch until I basically had to have my say and shut the door. When someone says they arent interested please tell your people to stop. Telling me about all of my neighbors who have recently signed contracts with you isnt going to change my mind. Stop being so pushy.

      This company be careful what you sign for its misleading a door to door sales offered me the service never told or showed me in paper that i sign up for the term agreement with a termination fee until I sold my home and asked for a cancellation I was advise I am breaking a contract. They are misleading I do read I sign for but no one before I sign up advise of their agreement.

      I do not recommend Fox Pest Control I heard a loud bang in the front of the house 8:30 at night while I was in bed. I opened my front door. I saw a Fox Pest Control spraying toxic fumes in my face. I immediately had an asthma attack. My wife came downstairs and asked me if I needed to go to the Emergency Room.I waved to the FoxPestControl to stop, but he continued to spray. He said it was in his GPSAnd continued to spray I threatened to call the police but he continued to spray. i closed the door. He finally stopped.My agreement with them terminated over a year ago.Yea

      Fox Pest Control came door to door to my parents neighborhood, just as some others have mentioned. My father is elderly, and I believe became confused during the exchange. He was convinced to sign up for a routine service and pay on the spot by credit card, even though they already have such a service with another provider. When he discussed with my mother they realized it was not needed, and tried to cancer. However, they were told there would be a $150 cancellation charge applied to their credit card. This smells of a predatory practice to me - granted my father should not have agreed, but to confuse someone into such an agreement right on his own driveway is shameful. I hope they will make this right.

It's a helpful option for situations like this. If your father was within that 3-day window when he first contacted our office, his account should have been closed without any issue.       When I signed on the Line for a 1 year account with Fox it was said time and time again that Tick spray was included. I reaffirmed that our main object was ticks and mice in the tractor shed. Other than the very first spray and last spray I was told by technicians tick spray was an extra amount and I wasn't covered. Before my account expired I called Fox to be sure it was established my account would close in June as stated 1 year later. I was assured it would be. It wasn't! I was also told by Management that YES I was covered for ticks! They still continue to charge me every month. I spoke with the technicians who have all been extremely polite, every month I specifically asked them about the tick spray and extra help in the mower shed. Every month I was told Tick spray is extra and not included. I don't know how that could be misinterpreted. Does not match what I was told on a monthly basis that it was NOT covered. I called the office in Albany and was told by Management that I I WAS covered.. Their last visit I visit I was told, by the technicians, oh yes, you had coverage and the yard sprayed for ticks at every visit and they had it all written out. I called the office again to reaffirmed that I would not be charged again. I was told because I gave the technichiam a 5 star rating, I must like Fox. NOT, I gave it because the technician is a young man trying to make a living. Consequently they are still charging me. I called the office again to stop payment and was told I had to pay another month. The person on the other end would absolutely NOT listen to me. She just talked over me until I hung up. I verified at least 3 times that it was a 1 year contract, which I paid upfront in June of 2021. My husband is 90 and I am in my 80's. I can't fight this alone. I just want them to stop billing me and go away. Please help! Oh and by the way, I am very sick with LYME and our tractor wires were eaten by mice and cost hundreds of dollars to repair!

      I have tried canceling muItiple times and they refused to let me. I called and spoke to ****** in mid-June. I explained to ****** that I still have ants crawling up the side of my house and in my windows. She said she would send a technician out to target treat. Said technician was to be here between 2-4. At 3:45 he called and said that he would be an hour late. I explained to him that at 4:30 I needed to leave and ask if it was possible to reschedule. He said he needed to come so he came and did a 10-minute quick over. I called pest control the next day and spoke to *** complaining. *** said he could not cancel my contract and that he could lower the cost from 150 per quarter to 140 per quarter. I again explained the issue. They refuse to let me cancel and I told him what's the point in someone coming when the pest activity continues. They offered to send someone weekly for target treatments. They have been coming since August of 2021 and it is now late June of 2022. If the treatments haven't started working I really doubt they are going to. Worst company I have ever had to deal with and they don't even deal with the insect problem. To be honest the pest activity is worse now than when they started.
