Fox Pest control was going door to door in my neighborhood.The sales man said they had a special, they come spray every quarter for ***** per spray.So I aggreeded and paid for the first spray with the expectation of a quarterly spray for ***** A month later Fox tried to charge my account and was denied my account stayes locked.Fox then calls and tells me that the contract is for ***** per month and I have to call them to spray if we need other wise they will only spray quartley. I told them thats not what the agreement was when the salesman came to my house. so i told them to cancel my service. They say ok we will charge you a cancelation fee, I said no you wont and dont call me again.I feel that Fox Pest Control uses dishonest practices to gain business.Fox Pest Control HQ

Hi ******, we are sorry for the misunderstanding about your service plan. The price you were quoted is the monthly rate, not per treatment. Regular treatments are scheduled for every 3 months because the products stay active for 90 days. If any issues pop up between regular services, we are happy to perform follow up treatments at no additional charge. I have tried canceling multiple times in 2021 they refused to let me cancel and tell me they will send out a technician on a free service call because I did not use any of them when I tell them stop sending people to my house I dont want Fox pest control because you are not upholding your agreement that I paid for they send somebody to my house again and then **** me after I have been told it has been canceled I do not owe you any money stop sending people to my house hands-down going to be the worst company Ive ever dealt with they refused to talk to you on the phone and they dont even get rid of pests or insectsFox Pest Control HQ

I cancelled my contract for continued service with Fox Pest Control in February, when I informed them of my dissatisfaction with their service they apologized and offered a one last free service of my home. It was not for the purpose of continuing service with them. They continued to send Technicians to my home which were turned away. I called their office again in March and reiterated my cancellation. They still sent another technician to our property without authorization in April. Then billed us another $122 in May for an account that was closed in February. We called their office again to inform them our daughter was home when they stopped by in April. But, did not answer the door for them. I reiterated to them our contract was cancelled, and demanded that they stay off our property. Still awaiting the outcome of the current unauthorized charges they are billing us for.Fox Pest Control HQ

Fox Pest Control fail of the century:We get it! Door to door sales suck! Especially on a national holiday! You would rather be having a cold one and be BBQing instead of working! However, THAT is NO excuse for being a rude sexist! The gentleman in question (more like barely done with puberty) rang the doorbell and tried to sell pest control services on behalf of Fox Pest Control. Annoying enough in itself. But it gets worse! **************** said No thank you! And this guy has the nerve to ask for the person in charge (say what?!?) to which ******, with annoyance written all over her face, replied This is MY house! I AM in charge!!!. Anyone with half a brain cell would have left it at THAT! Not this guy! He dialed the era back a 100 years and said No! I meant who is in charge of the finances!..If ****** wouldnt have been taken by surprise she would have hurt him helping him off her property!!!Whoever raised this creature did NOT understand the assignment!!! And whoever hired him to represent Fox Pest Control did not understand the assignment either! I was on the phone with ****** as this was happening. Fox Pest Control. Come on! We live in 2022! I've signed a contract for pest control from fox last year of 2021 of July, unfortunately everything that they told me before I sign the contract were all lies. I've been complaining about their service since last December of 2021 that I've been seeing a lot of cockroaches, bugs, mice and rodents to my house. I've tried so many times to cancel my contract due to all my complaint for almost 6 months and they keep on taking out money from out bank account almost twice a month. Until now they are not canceling my contract and keep taken money out of our bank account. I've file a complaint not twice or three times from business bureau and still nothing happened yet. One of the person in BBB told me to file a complain to *********, because He/She told me that the company main office was located their. Why is that I am complaining here because I live in Virginia and fox are operating their business here and they'll going to tell me to file a complain in *********? They keep on saying that for so many times since last December and still everything is the same and every time that I want to cancel my contract they're saying that I need to pay $150 for cancellation of my contract. Why is that they are not performing for what they said on the contract and they want me to pay $150 just to cancel the contract? I'd rather to bring this case to the court.Review fromCathy H

Hard Sell Tactics on Attempted Cancellation. Because of the economy and our being on a fixed income, I attempted to cancel the "completed contract" by sending an email. We had received the 4 applications required by our contract and was giving the 30 days noticed required. I received a reply stating that I needed to call due to "security reasons". I knew this was only an attempt to get us to continue the contract. When I called, I was harassed and bullied and told that I would need to pay a cancellation fee. They also wanted to send out a representative (another hard sell tactic). When I ask the representative that I was speaking with for his name for my records, he refused to give it to me. We had no complaints with the service but for financial reason wanted to cancel. I have never felt so angry or disrespected as I felt by my discussion with this representative. If you sign a contract with this company, be prepared for a fight to cancel it even after the initial term!Fox Pest Control HQ

Our service man was here (Lexus) , he was efficient. He checked all of the termite locations than was on his way. Very happy with the service. Fox Pest Control never came around to solicite our business. We researched and contacted them. Happy with the service.MRMFox Pest Control HQ
