    I ordered a vector back in March of 2022. They said it was shippedthen they said it was in back orderwhen I asked for my money back in august, they said your ticket has been received and we are on it!.aside from intentionally ignoring my emails to customer service, they still have not sent my vector nor refunded my money. I told them I want my money back, they lied to me and Im wondering what they have used my money for for the last five months.DIGITAL DREAM LABS, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

    I placed a preorder for the Vector on November 28, 2021 and still have yet to receive the robot. I have reached out numerous times for an update on the order and have gotten a vague response each time. The last time I reached out was a month ago and I have not gotten a response. Ive been extremely patient as I realize that COVID disrupted the production but its been almost a year after paying over $300 and I have nothing to show for it. At this point, the only satisfactory fix is to refund me for my purchase.

    I put in an order for a Cozmo on July 4th 2022. On the shop app it said that it had been shipped on the 5th. After reading up on reviews I emailed digital dream labs to make sure that is actually the case. I was told that my order has not been shipped and that there is a delay and that my order will be shipped around August/September. So I told them just to cancel it and please refund me my money. I got one email back asking me to think about it and telling me about a 1 year warranty. Again I told them to just cancel and refund. No response. I emailed again asking them to cancel and refund, still no response. I'll keep working on it because we're talking over $300 and I really want my money back and apparently they are not keen on cancelling orders and refunding.

    I pre-ordered an item in November of 2020 for The Butter Robot as Xmas/Bday gift for my husband, the item was supposed to deliver in May of 2021. There were some technical issues and was told item would deliver sometime over summer of 2021, it didnt. Ive tried reaching out to customer service many many many times and I get vague answer. When Ive requested my money back on 4-5 occasions Ive gotten ignored. Do NOT buy anything from these people. Im now about to fight it out with my bank or small claims court if I have to. Theyve had my money for nearly 2 years.

    I purchased a Cozmo in May 2022 and have not received it yet. Despite several contacts, I have not received any information regarding the shipment of my order. Digital Dream Labs continues to send out ads for items, but it is now clear to me that they are not reputable, and should not be trusted. I have requested a full refund and see how long that will take. Stay clear of this company. Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment.
